Total crap/ don't buy this
No customer service to contact. One swing arm did not fully close or full open. I had to rebuild my gate to make it a single swing and use the one that worked correctly. Luckily it's not a heavy gate so in the end it worked. Also bought the recommended add-on remote and keypad, they don't work with the system either. I should have paid a little more and got a MULE. Update: second arm now won't open/close all the way.
