Cheaper than renting, great value for the price
Needed to replace about 50 feet of corroded cast iron septic line under a concrete slab. The slab varies in thickness from 3-1/2 to 5 inches and has the smaller wire rebar grid. I decided to purchased this drill on June 1. Amazon next day delivery was very much apprexciated. This unit has paid for itself several times over versus a rental. Best I can tell I have between 30-40 hours of run time. I used a 7 inch diamond blade in a skill saw to cut along the side of the channel that I removed. Since the blade only cut about 3 inches deep, I used the hammer drill to go along the edge and finish breaking through the concrete. The drill is holding up well, I've had to sharpen the chisel and pick bits several times. The unit comes with two demolition bits (chisel, point) and three masonry drill bits. I have not used the masonry drill bits, only the demolition bits Pro: Inexpensive Sturdy Performs well Easy to operate and position Con: Not variable speed Bits are not hardened steel Demolition bits are only 10" This is not heavy-duty demo equipment but considering the price and how well it's held up, I would recommend this drill for most DIY'ers doing small or medium size projects. It may even hold up for professional use for someone who needs to do some masonry work for renovation or installation.

Works great!
Worked perfectly for what I needed. Drives ground rods and drills 5/8” holes in cement piers with ease. Plenty of power. Excellent value.

Good value, poor manual
This is a great value for the money. It comes in a nice case with chizels/bits, grease, and even a pair of cheap safety goggles. It did what I needed to do, so I am happy. But, the manual is atrocious. If you are a DIYer and this is your first SDS drill, you'll be lost. It does not point out the switches or what they do. Thankfully most of these kind of drills have similar controls, so you can find a manual for a different drill to figure it out. TL;DR: Good value, star off for horrible manual

Wow I’m impressed would recommend !
Wow ! I’m impressed this thing eats concrete like with no lack of power great functionality and yes can mention the weight is slightly on the heavier side and size is slightly larger then your average drill although each drill has its own size and weight for each project and this does what you need it to do with no struggle and you’ll notice be visual of the adjustable hand handle left to right and or straight up in down, does include all accessories mentioned in the description, would recommend to anyone who interested in purchasing, wife, kids and I use to install two carports in one day so drilling approximately 40 holes continuously like ease smooth like butter ! Must buy ! Would recommend !

Powerful and great price
I needed this device to make some holes in old concrete slab, it worked like a charm! It took me just less than a minute to complete 4 holes which was impressive… seriously I had tried the same work with an old electric hammer drill and just couldn't complete the job. I highly recommend this product.

Worth every nickel!
I bought this hammer drill to remove concrete countertops from my kitchen. I installed the countertops about 7 years ago and my wife has never liked how they turned out, so finally I agreed to get her some proper granite countertops. The countertop install folks quoted me an additional $1500 to remove the concrete so I decided to do that part myself. The concrete was poured into countertop molds at about 2" thick and I used wire grid rebar. I had no idea what to expect from this drill since specialty countertop concrete mix is extra-hard, and then with the rebar.... yikes! But lemme tell ya, this thing made fairly easy work of it. I used the pointy bit that came with the hammer and even after removing approx 35 sq ft of 2" thick rebar'd concrete, it was still in excellent shape. The hammer drill never got hot, and held up to constant hammering and prying out concrete chunks. The weight of the drill itself does most of the work, the hardest part being having to sometimes pull the bit back out of a hole if the concrete didn't crack on that pass. But overall I'm very satisfied with the performance of this drill, it saved me over $1500 to do it myself and this thing made it fairly painless. Worth every nickel, you'd pay more to rent one for a day from an equipment yard.
