Fluffy, Fast, and Foolproof — The Best Rice Cooker Ever!
I absolutely love this rice cooker! It’s super easy to use — just add rice and water, press a button, and it does the rest. The rice comes out fluffy and perfectly cooked every single time. I also appreciate how quickly it cooks and how easy it is to clean afterward. The keep-warm function is a great bonus — no more cold rice! It’s compact, stylish, and perfect for both everyday meals and meal prep. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend!

The best oatmeal you've ever had
This thing is a life and time saver. There are so many options for cooking. I just throw in my oatmeal (not instant) push the oatmeal button and it cooks it to perfection. It is light and fluffy, and once you taste oatmeal out of here, you will never want microwaved or stovetop oatmeal again. (I use Bob's Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned for any curious). I don't often make rice in here, only because I generally only cook 1/3 to 1/2 cup at a time, while this has a 10 cup rice capacity. So a smaller rice cooker is quicker and easier, but when I make bulk, this is so convenient. I also cook my dogs food using the slow cooker button, and it perfect for 2 days worth of her food. And let's not forget the keep warm feature. I can truly start this and forget it, because it stays really warm after. I haven't hit an end to the keep warm function, but in general, I've only ever forgotten thing were cooking for a few hours. Not sure how long it will go. It is easy to clean with nothing sticking in the pot. There is a little water catcher under the lid handle hinge that needs to be emptied and cleaned every use or two.

Amazingly easy to clean, so why only 4 stars
After making an initial 6 cups of rice (after cooking), I fluffed the rice, unplugged the cooker, and left the rice sitting in the cooker for about 4 hours. When I scooped out the rice later, hardly a grain remained. A quick rinse got the last few out. The textured surface of the vessel is fantastic. The rice was perfectly cooked, because I rinsed it well before starting the cooking. So why just 4 stars? It could easily have been 3. Most of the features like Soup, Stew, Slow Cook are of limited or no use because there's no info. What's the temperature of Soup? Dunno. Stew? Dunno. Useless. Pasta? Usable, but the recommended 3 qt water is a little high, it boils over a lot. And the timer options are only 15, 20, or 45 minutes so you have to time it yourself. Steam? Works fine but you can't set the timer to the recommended cook times so you have to time it manually and hit STOP when the time is finished. Slow Cook? Turns out it's HIGH only. All slow cooker manufacturers recommend using their LOW setting if at all possible. No option to pick hi/low, but it turns out you can simulate LOW by choosing DIY (the only setting which lets you set the temperature) and set it to 194°, which is the default. After fiddling with the controls in DIY mode, the available temperature settings are from 95°F to 266°F in 9-degree increments. Timer range for Slow Cook (High) is 1-10 hours, time range for DIY is 10 minutes to 8 hours 30 minutes, so the timer is useful. No surprise, the manual is not very good, either. Bottom line, a very good rice cooker but it doesn't earn its "Pro" label.

Versatile, Durable, and Perfect Rice Every Time!
I’ve been using this COMFEE’ rice cooker for a few days now and I’m very impressed with it. The durability feels solid, and after many uses, it still works like new. It handles different rice capacities well , whether I make just a cup or a full pot, it always comes out fluffy and evenly cooked with no burning at the bottom. The steaming capacity is excellent too. I’ve used the basket to steam veggies and dumplings while cooking rice underneath, and everything turns out tasty and tender. Beyond rice, it’s surprisingly versatile — I’ve made quinoa, oats, and even soups in it, and they all come out with great taste. Cleanup is simple since the nonstick inner pot prevents sticking and reduces the mess level. No more scraping burned rice like I had to with older cookers. Overall, this rice cooker is a kitchen workhorse, easy to use, easy to clean, and capable of so much more than just rice. Definitely worth it!

Debes saber usar el modo DIY (Do it yourself). 1. 5. Disfrútalo.

It makes my rice the way I like it, and after I fluff the rice as I learnt i should be doing after cooking it, it still keeps it nice and I love it

It came in one piece and works fine and all but the listing felt a little misleading. I was looking for a 20 cup rice maker, and this says 20 cup. But it is actually only a 10 cup rice maker... Not sure if that is what the (precooked) in parentheses is all about... Anyway. It works fine, just disappointed at the seemingly misleading listing...
