First off I don’t hardly leave reviews, but this product was such a miracle for me that I just have to write a review and maybe this can help you as well. Many years I suffered with acid reflex. From Tums to prescription strength medicine form doctors. You name it I took it, all it done was temporary relieve the problem. Not to mention after years of abusing these medicines . It was creating other medical issues for me like hair loss. Supposedly it’s a treatment short term for 3 months, Your not supposed to be taking it for years well I was. Anyways miraculously I was on Amazon reading reviews. My gut feeling told me try this medicine, I’ve been taking it now for 3 months. Words cannot express how better I feel. I literally started to cry in a restaurant because for the first time , I can drink red wine without burning sensations, without suffering later on in the night. This medicine gave me back my life. And I know that’s a bold statement. But for years I have been suffering really anything I ate or drink including water would make me burn. Whatever the hell is inside this pill is a miracle. Plain and simple! I can now eat and have a drink at the dinner table and actually drink the drink as it before, I would just order the drink not to look like a weirdo. Lol I’m just telling you the truth. Along with a good clean eating and I’m also taking their multivitamin in the morning , I found that my hair is growing back, my motivation is coming back. Brain fog is gone. Everything that I was lacking because I guess ( my stomach the gut ) was going through a lot of issues. it was creating other problems in my life. This product is amazing. Helped heal my gut and gave mental clarity. Mary Ruth products are great quality and good price. Definitely buying more.

I took these for about a week and felt like they were helping, I noticed 30 mins after taking id go #2 consistently which was great and had no pain or discomfort. I was taking one at night and one in the morn, but decided to switch to just one in the morn and use my normal pro/pre biotic at night which started a week long issue of intense constipation. I couldn’t tell which pill was causing it and stopped both and still was mildly constipated for another week (I was traveling internationally over this time as well which added to the stress), but when I came home decided to try only this and not pairing with the pro/pre biotic again. And oh boy, it worked BUT also caused intense cramping and stomach pain to the point that I had to call out of work. I’m not mad at the product as I’m glad it is getting everything out but it is definitely not pleasant this time around.

I love this gut repair by MaryRuth. I was suffering from hiccups on a daily basis. I started doing research on causes of hiccups, treatments etc. I work in the medical field and a premed student asked me if I ever taken a gut health tablet? My response was no. So, I went to Google lol It said a gut table wasn’t the proper treatment for hiccups, wouldn’t resolve it. However, the student persisted to give it a try. So, I ordered the tablet. I’m so glad I took his advice. After a few days, it occurred to me that I couldn’t remember when was the last time I hiccuped. So, took the entire bottle daily. I no longer have the symptoms. I’d definitely recommend if you’re having similar symptoms.

This has been such a lifesaver. I could not do 2x a day, but every morning has really helped me feel better.

I used this to get to the root cause of severe acid reflux/ GERD along with Zinc Carnosine and I would say both of them combined are miracle worker if you’re trying to get off of antacids or PPI’s! It’s not a quick fix. You have to give it a few months.
