The Quality
The quality of these chocolates is really good. I have an event coming up and I’m excited to use these chocolates as a treat maker. I’ve tried every chocolate there is and nothing has worked for me and I’m hoping this chocolate will work for me because I’ve seen nothing but good reviews about these chocolates.

Perfect for fondue fountain!
I was initially worried that this was not the right chocolate for a fondue fountain but I followed the instructions and melted at 50% power for 30-second increments. Added a teeny bit of vegetable oil to make it a little more thin and it was PERFECT!! I’m so happy I bought this chocolate. I used oil-based chocolate food coloring that did not affect the quality at all. Oh! The taste of the chocolate was delicious. I was worried it would be bland or waxy but that was absolutely not the case. 10/10!!

What is this??? My whole bag have this brown pieces
When I start melting this chocolate pieces of something brown was in my chocolate. I don’t recommend, I have to discard my whole chocolate for this, it was pieces of that brown stuff everywhere.

Best Chocolates!
These are the best chocolates and I literally will not buy any other brand! The taste is perfect and not too sugary and they are perfect for adding food coloring!

Flavor good, but be ready to work fast
I melted these using a double boiler and found that it took quite a long time to fully melt. Once removed from the heat, the chocolate began to set up quickly, so I had to work fast. Some online reviews mentioned these aren’t a true white, and I’d agree—that’s accurate. However, I used an oil-based food coloring and the slight off-white tint didn’t affect the final color at all. The taste is smooth and pleasant, not overly sweet. Great for coating, just be ready to keep it warm as you work.
