This protector was super easy to apply since it allows you to lift it up and remove lint. I always run a hot bath, close the door (without the fan on) and wait about 5 mins for the steam to settle all the dust before applying any screen protector. Then I go in and quickly close the door, give the dust another few seconds to settle then use the toilet lid as a table. We have a long haired dog with an undercoat and live in a dry area with lots of dust so extra precautions need to be taken to get protectors on perfectly. One spec of dust will drive me crazy. If the edges are lifting it may be due to being touched (even just from the edge of a finger) or from dust. This time that didn’t happen but when I’ve had them do that in the past I’d just use the dust strips on the back of the screen protector and the screen, after very carefully lifting to pull off whatever is on it. That works about 98% of the time for me. Also, follow the directions. If you plan to use the bath trick make sure to have the tape strips taped on the side, with the screen lined up, before going into the steamy bathroom otherwise the little tape strips may not adhere well and might move (ask how I know;). The glass is thick enough to protect the screen but not too thick that it causes any sensitivity issues. It says it’s finger print resistant but I don’t think any of them are, this one is no exception. The glass actually makes the screen look sharper somehow too. It’s an old tablet so the picture isn’t as good as the newer ones but the glass makes it look pretty close to a friends new tablet, it wasn’t like that before adding it. Not sure if that’s just in my head or not, but there it is. Since I’ve mastered applying all types of screen protectors we didn’t have to use the second one so we have a backup for when this one lifts or breaks. That’s a big bonus because who wants to wait for a new one when the old one is cracked? Overall I’d buy again. The price is great and product is similar to the expensive one I have on my phone. I’ll most likely order these for my phone as well.

CHEAP INSURANCE!!! Incredible product - installs quickly/easily. I've used this brand on my last three phones. GREAT value. My girlfriend is hard on electronics - dropping them frequently. These protectors have strengthened the phone displays and absorbed the impacts from drops from all angles/orientations (several of them breaking in the process, which is the whole purpose) thus preventing any screen damage whatsoever to any of those phones. Find a good product and stick with it. Note: If you do a lousy installation and don't take your time to ensure all surfaces are clean and free of dust - you won't be as impressed with the quality. TAKE YOUR TIME INSTALLING AND KEEP EVERYTING CLEAN! You'll be impressed.

My little dropped the iPad straight onto the gravel driveway. The puncture looked so deep I knew for sure the real screen had to be busted too. Came home from our trip and discovered I had not needed the 2nd one from the package yet so I took the plunge and pulled the protector off. I was honestly shocked! The iPad screen was fine!! This protected it completely!! And the install is super easy, 5 min later we're up and running again and you'd never know it had been dropped so hard.

The product arrived without any physical damage or cosmetic imperfections. I installed one of the protectors on an old iPad 1, on the first try and, to my surprise, it didn't even leave any air bubbles. The touch screen works as good as without protector and the whole screen looks clean. The protector becomes dirty only after two-three days. The glass looks thick enough for a decent protector against the small bump or something falling on the screen from a small height. Didn't test that out, so your mileage may vary.

We had this on our kid’s iPad. It worked amazingly! It’s been dropped, stepped on, you name it. The tempered glass is cracked all over but the iPad screen is pristine! I cannot praise this product enough. iPad saving for sure!!!

This is an excellent screen saver. The only reason why I took off a star is because the instructions on the box are not as complete as I would have liked. I looked at a video of how to use a similar product and discovered the small sticky strips should be attached to the of side of the screen and the ipad so that the cover comes down over the front of the ipad like a book. It worked perfectly, there were no bubbles. This comes complete with two sets of everything (except the plastic bubble remover which can be reused) so the covers can be used at different times.
