This will be my third bottle of Trace Mineral Complex. I started using it September 2016 on a recommendation. Before I began using it, it was hard to get myself together in the mornings to work out. After using this for a few weeks I felt more energetic; it became easier to fall asleep and to wake up and get going. I can't say with certainty ( I'll have to wait to see what my blood work says), but it also seems to be helping with my blood sugar issues. I was experiencing pins and needles in my feet and ankles after standing for long periods of time but after taking this for a while it seems to have resolved itself. I'll have to find out my A1C results to know for sure, so I'll follow up here, but I do feel a difference.I'm going to keep taking this because it appears to work for me. I really didn't expect the results I got from these drops.Update March 2017 - My A1C went from 6.2 to 5.7 which made my PCP very happy. I did begin my workouts again with my newfound energy, so I'm going to give credit to this mineral complex.

A little concerned as we had to use pliers to open and then when I saw the dropper thought it appeared as if it had melted a little because it is angled to the side. Can someone please tell me if this is normal? I don’t want to start taking until I know. If it’s been exposed to extreme temperatures then I want to send it back.
