Great Quality Tapioca Flour – Just Like in Brazil!
I’ve been using the Da Terrinha Tapioca Flour (Goma Pronta para Tapioca) and it’s exactly what I was hoping for! The texture is perfect — soft, fine, and ready to use straight from the package. It cooks evenly and turns into the classic tapioca crepe with that slightly chewy texture I love. I’ve made both sweet and savory versions, and they turn out just right every time. It’s also great that it’s pre-hydrated, saving time in the kitchen. It is thick and works splendidly. What I really appreciate is the freshness and authentic flavor. As someone who grew up with tapioca as a staple, this brand brings a comforting taste of home. The resealable bag is a nice bonus, keeping the flour fresh between uses. It’s a little pricier than local flours, but for the convenience and quality, I think it’s worth every penny.

The real deal
As it should be, it only contains two ingredients, hydrated tapioca and water, delicious. Beware of the brands that don’t provide the list of ingredients, or don’t show them in the photos; they contain ascorbic and citric acid, which change the smell and flavor of the product. I personally find them nauseating

Great
Perfect condition, a little moist and smelly when arrived, possibly due to a long trip here? It was still good, I made sure to store in a dry container, the smell subsided and made use for great tapioca for breakfast . The package is smaller than expected, my mistake for not reading it throughly.

Yes!!! Finally I could find a good one
I am brazilian and very used to eat Tapioca. It's being a while that I am trying to find a good brand that is not advertised as brazilian tapioca but at the end is just a mix of polvilho that some people mixed and sale as tapioca. I have a friend that lives in Portugal and told me about this brand - Da Terrinha - that she uses and she loved it. I look in Amazon and could not find but now, they are selling and I bought! Bought two in my first order to make sure and today I just ordered four more. It is a very good brand and if you are looking for a taste from our Tapioca Crepe as a substitute for white flour, I recommend this brand. Now I can definitely make some changes in my diet that I could easily change in Brazil. I highly recommend this brand and... I am not being pay to write a review. Thumbs up! :) Please mantain the price and I will continue to buy from you guys!
