I have bough this boot for my sprained ankle. It is very good. 20 min x2 a day. Cooling effect +compression. I recommend this product. Very happy.

Arrived quickly. Minimal packaging. Easy to use. Incredibly well designed to allow you to insert your injured foot/ankle/lower leg without an awkwardness or pain. Cools easily. Compression pump is wonderful, as allows maximum coolness and swelling reduction. I had lateral ligament and ankle reconstructive and unfortunately my mum broke both her fibula and tibia at the lower end, we have both used this to aid recovery, and has worked fantastically. Super value for money and would highly recommend!

Easy to use and effective

A good quality product that achieves what it says. My only downside with it, is the size of the sleeve - I'm a UK size 10 and the inner gel pad is a bit neat. Would prefer if they maybe offered a larger size range ie. An 10-14 UK mens for example.

I bought this for my gf, she has issues with her ankle from an old sports injury. She says it really helped for swelling.

I had midfoot Fusion Surgery and Bone Graft from my heel so the there was a lot of uncomfortable swelling. This item has been a lifesaver for me and has really helped my recovery. I put a long sock on for comfort on the effected foot and placed the ice pack over the top. I elevated on a pillow whilst icing and I wake up with virtually no swelling!!!! Would highly recommend this product 👌

I bought this as I’d sprained my ankle and smaller ice pack didn’t seem very effective. The ice pack is huge, I had difficulty finding space for it in my freezer! I also find that it’s far too cold to put this directly on your skin, I used a tea towel in between the ice pack and my foot but I think a thick sock would be ok as well. The surface of the ice pack that comes into contact with your foot should have some sort of fabric cover, I’m very surprised it doesn’t. The whole boot when put together is very heavy and whilst it does provide cover for the entire foot area, I found it uncomfortably cold, so couldn’t wear it for more than 5 minutes at a time. Disappointing purchase, wish I’d just used a pack of peas instead! Hope you found my review helpful

Decent for a few months but then compression stopped working, which deemed this pretty useless.

This is just what I was looking for. I have achilles tendonitis and a heel spur, which are very painful. This wrap works great. It is big enough to fit my entire foot, soft enough to not put added pressure on the sensitive spots and the ice packs are soft and cold. They do exactly what I wanted them to do. The packs can also be heated up in the microwave for heat comfort. It is made well and heavy duty and also comes with an air pump. I would recommend.

This looked like an interesting alternative to other options I’ve been using for an ankle injury rehab. Out of the box the instructions are a little overly done. Holding and evaluating the item tells you everything you need to know within about 20 seconds. The internal gel pack (to freeze or heat) is easily detached, but its circular shape makes it slight difficult to microwave evenly. No big deal. Putting your foot into the two parts and wrapping them together is simple. Unlike the instructions indicate there is no velcro strap included, but I didn’t find that necessary. Pumping up the contraption like a pair of Reebok’s from 1990 is quite fun, and it applies a really firm compression around your ankle. Time will tell as to the effectiveness, but this is a well-built item and is worth the investment towards your rehabilitation. PS. The promoted app was worthless (one video about what an ankle injury is).

I highly recommend this wrap - I searched for hours on Amazon and very satisfied with my purchase! I had a badly sprained ankle and Achilles Tendonitis that was swollen for days until this wrap arrived. This ankle compression ice wrap is the very best ever. You choose the compression or even not to use compression. The ice pack really holds the cold for a long time. Comfortable, easy to put on and take off. It covers all areas of the ankle, not just one at a time. I highly recommend it! I own two and won't use anything else. The Very Best!

I have a fractured ankle, that is incredibly swollen, with both tendon and ligament damage. For the first few days of my injury, I struggled to find ways to (successfully) ice it. I grew increasingly frustrated, said screw it, and bought the first thing that came up when I typed in "swollen ankle help", and did the same day shipping. And this thing is the best. It works for both hot and cold applications, and covers the entire affected area comfortably. The compression also helps relieve pain. I switch between hot and cold applications, and the swelling has gone down tremendously. And, it is convenient enough for me to wear at my office job! I would 100% recommend this wrap for any injured ankles that need some support!
