Palmetto Farms Yellow Corn Meal Flour 3 Pack

This comes in an interesting package but the real good stuff is the cornmeal. It is fine ground and makes really good corn bread. (Southern style, like mamma used to make!)

The product arrived on time with well done packaging and no issues. Great flavor. I made corn bread which was delicious. We also used it for frying fish and worked pretty well.

I wanted a corn flour not grainy meal and that is just what I got and it still tastes great. I made a 1/4 sheet pan of cornbread and between my wife and 2 sons it was gone in an hour. Yeah I got one piece. Guess I will have to bake a 1/2 sheet pan the next time.

My wife has Celiac and thus must have Gluten Free food. This is the second order of this item and it is quality meal. Be reminded that the grind is more fine than some and thus the texture of the cornbread or other items cooked will be more fine in texture.

I use this product for cornbread and it is almost as delicate as cake flour; so delicate, that I add a bit of medium grind cornmeal.

At last cornmeal I can eat. It is a perfect grind, too. I have not reacted to this cornmeal at all. The store brands have become unreliable for me due to wheat content. I am using the second bag now with no problems. Will buy again!

I was desperate for corn meal, bought 3 bags of this. I've made corn bread 3 times and corn meal waffles by my usual recipes. It lacks flavor and the texture is off too. I'm sad as I can't find good corn meal and I don't feel like cooking with this.

The flavor and the freshness of the product are perfect but I think the quantity needs to be increased. I used it for porridge.
