Very good and affordable loptop.
This is an affordable laptop with 13.3" screen with windows 10 system. It is a very quiet laptop with, and It is very light and good for use for surfing the internet, home work. You can use micro SD card as an extension of SSD for storage, I love it so much!

Looks can be deceiving. Low quality build
Liked the look and the weight.Poor build quality.Space bar troubles after 3 weeks of very intermittent use.Charger is crap!6 months and two weeks later with about 30 days of use in total, it's stuck in a boot loop...Update.Was never worth the money, could have spent an extra $50.00 and got a refurbished name brand laptop. Smdh.

Stopped working after 8 months. Customer support is overseas - no local support
Worked ok for 6 months. Then would not charge properly for 2 months. Bought new power cord - nothing - will not turn in at all but blue charging light is on all the time - not able to get support in US at all. All phone numbers are for China

Product is not good. As of to date it stop working..our TECH recommend it's not worth fixing
Product was used for school onlyRecommendation not to fix it for it will be best to purchase a new laptopThe cost to fix is the price of a new one and it will not be guaranteed if it will work for long if repaired.

Stopped working in 4 months
Don't waste your money. Purchased Sept 2023 and in Jan 2024, it won't even come on.

Super light weight
Product as described but not sure if I choose the wrong version or they sent me the wrong version but the hard drive size isn’t what I wanted for its use.

It's everything I needed in a laptop!
The media could not be loaded. It's lightweight, compact and take up little space. The battery life is perfect and the cost was perfect for my budget. And Amazon delivered on time with no damage. Thank you!!!

Defective
The media could not be loaded. Haven’t had the product very long. Never dropped, never exposed to water. It worked well the first few uses, but then the screen started to spaz. It would blink/flicker and a bunch of vertical white and gray lines would come up on the screen. See the video. The issue would only resolve after restarting the computer. My fiancé ordered this for school, so we’re really bummed we have to return it because it’s going to cause delays. Definitely going to choose a more reliable brand when choosing a replacement.
