Wow! They arrived smashed together and the cookie was stale and the caramel was hard! Just the way everyone likes them! Thanks again Amazon for sending me such delicious (and not old or ruined at all) candy bars! Totally not a waste of money…..

All of them were completely smashed/squished flat...
... I am still giving it 4* Just because it's Twix, lol, and they were fresh enough... The whole bag was squashed flat and melty, I put them in the fridge for an hour before trying to open them and they were still edible. They were flat and the caramel was coming out in the wrapper of each one, but I didn't consider it bad enough to request a replacement or refund because they tasted fine and i got them for the kids here at home... I don't think I will be ordering them again though. I will just pick them up at the store and stick to the ones packed with cold packs in boxes in future.

It's a good quality and value. Its size is a bit small. My only complaint is I went thru the package too quickly.
