After the charging case finished charging, one of the earbuds was not charged at all. If I hadn't ripped both the packaging and the envelope they arrived in, I would return to the sender and demand my money back!!

This set the left earbud just turns off. It should be fully charged. They also do not fit in ear well because of the stupid control box.
