So I have decided I will start reviewing items I buy on Amazon. This case works great! It came powered right out of the box. The instructions were as simple as possible! Almost too simple. It charged my phone faster then plugging it in would have done. However, when I went to the movies and had the phone with my new caseon, my phone kept taking screenshots and restarting. I googles and found this to be a common priblem. This case comes with a button that goes over the top of the htc power button. It simply works to well. I opend my case and removed the button from the mophie juice box case. Problem solved. So buy thise case and remove the button that covers the htc power button and your phone will live atleast three times as long.

I purchased this Juice pack to watch videos and give me extra juice to transfer pictures from my SLR. This thing was flawed at the jump. The power button was so flimsy that the phone would constantly reboot in my pocket. I was unable to have this in my front pocket and ride my bike into work without my phone rebooting 5-6 times. I ended up having to just use this case without the top piece as it made the phone almost completely unusable. Imagine my despair as my beautiful HTC One now looks stupid.The other main problem with this device is it didn't charge my battery completely even after it had been charging all night. It was good for giving me about another 50% batter life. This is well below what I expected for a batter thats bigger than the internal better on my M7. The death rattle for this device came about a month after receiving it when it stopped working completely.I think even if the device didn't die I would have probably stopped using it due to the power button. Hopefully the one I got was an exception to the rule because this was completely unusable from the jump.

This has been a nice product. It fits very snugly with no movement of the phone within. It is a perfect fit. I was concerned about size and weight with this, but it is similar in size to my Otterbox, though a little larger and heavier. The phone and battery charge at the same time seamlessly. The phone battery and Mophie are ready to go after about 4-5 hours of charging. It recharges my phone about 60%. I will turn it on when my phone is at 20% and it will charge it past 80% as I continue using it. I would buy it again. I purchased this as a used item from Amazon and it looks and works like new.

I just received that case today. I haven't really had a lot of time to really see how well it works or not. My initial impression is good. Love the feel/texture of the case. It does make the phone feel bigger but it's mainly just by looking at it. Any case will make the HTC One feel huge. It is a beautiful device but a case does make it a lot easier to handle even though it takes away from it aesthetically. I will have to update the review once I've used it for a few weeks. Another review stated that he was having issue with the power button. The problem I think he was having was the same one I experienced right away. The power button on the case once attached to the phone makes continuous contact with the phones power button. The slightest touch near the button on the case would turn the phone off and on. I took off the case and looked at the button from the inside. The plastic tab on the bottom of the button is just a tad bit too tall. The button is easily removed. It is attached to the case with some double-sided tape. Be careful taking it off and take some fine sand paper or a diamond file ( I used my Leatherman Charge Ti) to sand down the little plastic tab. I would sand it down until it's flush with the lip on the bottom of the button. Now it works perfectly! The tab will go right back into place. Good as new. I will update asap but all is working fine so far. I like it.

Quick Summary:I was really stoked getting this morphie... One Amazon seller was selling them for a killer $35 OEM new price... No wonder he was selling them for less than half..... Overall, I liked my morphine HTC One case, but in a single day I couldn't wait to return it due to several flaws. I ended up getting a cheaper and more reliable alternative called a Newnow battery case. A tad bulkier, but more protective, hardy, a kickstand, and more power! Buy from Amazon directly. IF you have issues, they will go above and beyond to fix you up!!!The more detailed and longer Review:Pros:-The Juice pack is smoothly curved in a rubbery textured ergonomic shape. Its not as bulky as other cheaper 3rd party types and feels great in your hand.-It will give you an additional 70% more power on top of your phone battery.-The morphie juice pack will charge itself and the HTC One simultaneously.-The recharging output this case rocks, it will output 5V @ 1000mA, you can quickly recharge the case because it accepts a 1.5A input as wellCons- No kickstand like third party power cases.- Odd behavior... Initially my phone would go into constant reboots... Turns out the power button is being engaged by the case!! Second, when you recharge the morphie for extended times... It stops responding. The switch, the power status button becomes non-functional.... I had to plug in the case a second time with my microusb cable (with the other end connected to some source of power) for a second to wake the case up. Such an event is a common thing with cheaper power banks...-Low power reserve, I was expecting at least 100% more life, of course thats advertising... In reality, you will get 70-80% of the advertised power... I was disappointed.. Im getting more likely 60-70%... For a unit that sells for 80$, thats horrible.Lastly, I bought my morphie from Tool Guys... Horrible seller. When i tried to return it, they said "Only a partial refund" and I'd have to pay shipping because the package was opened... Thats horrible to say when a product is defective, not to mention the package was already opened before I got it! Amazon has always treated me excellently, I love their customer service... Its amazing and its worth spending a few dollars more on products carried by Amazon themselves. From now on, Im buying more stuff from Amazon itself..

This is a big case. Adds to both the back and the bottom of the phone. I don't use it all the time, but when I need the battery to last (for GPS use or playing Ingress) this is incredibly useful. Charges fast, charges the phone up fast too. It won't charge to 100% from flat but that's because you're using the phone while it's charging.Great when I need it, but otherwise I don't have it on the phone. The price is a bit extreme as well.
