A best item for home workout
A good and sturdy material, best for home workout. Please don't compare this item from weighted plates or dumbell because it's work on your core strength not like weights do. Strong grips and rubber has quite good elasticity. Beginne can also use this for tone-up body.

Not durable !
I used it for almost 2 years but not regularly.Hardly I used it for not more than 30 times in these 2 years.And it finally broke off !Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
