Sofa mode: This sofa is on the firm side. Stunning looks. Fabric feels high quality. The depth is perfect. You can easily sleep on it (in sofa mode) length wise. You can have lots of pillows and stuff and still two people sit comfortably. With the back cushions removed, two adults can cuddle/spoon easily. Back of the seat-back is finished and looks great when floated in a big room. If I had one complaint, would be the backrest being at least 1" taller. This sofa has a fifth leg, located way in the back, so you will not see it or bump into it.Bed mode: We bought it because is about the only sofa bed that is actually regular-sized bed. The bed is wide enough to be able to be called FULL-sized bed in length, but not deep enough. Nevertheless, Two people (5'9" and 6'1" that move a lot all night) can sleep well and fully stretch when sleeping length wise between the arms. The pop out legs, and the frame and opening mechanism makes it easy to open and very sturdy (we are 165 and 200lbs each). Similar to the sofa experience: on the firm side. Given that one person sleeps on the seat part and the other on the seat-back part (backrest folds down and aligns with seat) the level of firmness is slightly different and feels like two narrow beds butted together. This was not an issue after us sleeping in it for about a week. BTW, a FULL-sized mattress topper fellsDelivery and moving: The box is ENORMOUS. The sofa arrives mostly assembled (you only have to put in the legs and the seat-back) hence the size of the delivery. We got the sofa just in time for my parents to visit... three weeks after, we moved apartments. If you don't have help (another 2 people) get as full service delivery as you can. If you are good with tools and have help, you can further take the sofa apart relatively simply. When we moved, I was able to separate the seat, back and arms. Very simple construction, yet sturdy.

The Nouhaus modular sleeper sofa sounded like what I was looking for: microfiber and not looking like a sofa bed. I bought mine through Amazon because Nouhaus did not have ocean color in stock. My friend ordered bordeaux also from Amazon. Both arrived on 9 Feb 2022. Her box was badly damaged and ripped in places but her sofa survived except for a deep indent in one spot. My box was perfect but not my sofa. See photos attached. There were two nicks in the seat; the legs were scratched and the back did not align and therefore could not be assembled. I called Nouhaus Customer Service immediately, as per Amazon's instructions. The person sent me an email and asked for photos, which I emailed immediately. I received a response to say that Nouhaus will replace the defective and damaged sofa. I finally got a replacement on 17 March: two men delivered and assembled the sofa for me. However, the back cushions were badly wrinkled. I tried steaming it as per Nouhaus advice but it did not work. I filled polyfill but it made no difference. I called Nouhaus again and got my replacement back cushions on 24 April 2022. Yes, it was a real ORDEAL in my getting this sofa. I read some reviews of poor customer service from Nouhaus. This was not my experience: Nouhaus customer service was excellent; the person I dealt with was very responsive. However, I do agree with some of the comments in various reviews: the product is manufactured in China. For the price (I think it could be $400 lower), the quality should be impeccable; Nouhaus must exercise greater quality control. The wrench provided is not good: it gets in the way of screwing in the legs. While one person can convert it into a bed, you need two people to assemble it. I love the design of this sofa. The quality is very good.

So I’ve been looking for a good sofa for my new apartment and needed it to be a specific size, I’ve had sofas from Macy’s, Living spaces, Ashley’s furniture and I thought Macy’s was one of the best I’ve owned out of the bunch …until I recently bought this sofa because it was perfect size in height and length and probably the easiest to convert to bed out of the others I’ve looked at, I wanted a firm sofa as I know they seem to last longer and tend to break in to a perfect softness …I’ve had the sofa for a month now and thought I’d give this review to help others determine it’s quality and happy to say that I love it, it’s fabric is soft and luxurious, I opted for the grey woven because it matched best with the aesthetics of my apartment and it has a premium feel when you touch or lay on it …the build quality is top notch and doesn’t feel weak, has a nice sturdy feel and durable …Sleeps two people easily, the backrest pillows are firm and conform to your back, fabric seems easy to clean as I have a dog with short hair and easily vacuumed his hair off the surface with no problem, overall highly recommend this sofa for anyone who needs a nice low height sofa that converts into a bed, I have taken several naps throughout the day on it so it’s easy to take a mid day break and rest up without making it into a bed too! Added some throw pillows to personalize the look and fits perfectly next to my desk!

It’s hard not to like this couch. It looks good and it’s well-made and I love the yellow color throwback color tastefully done. The workmanship is spectacular, but it could use a bit more latex to be more comfortable when sleeping, but it’s a very comfortable couch to sit on and the back pillows are simply ergo-perfect. I only wish you made a matching ottoman? I have no regrets. Setup is too easy.

Tracking wheels bounce off every time the bottom cushion is moved to full-bed position. We tried this several times. Also, when moving this cushion, it wobbles along tracks; it is not sturdy in it's assembly. It is pretty and I found the sewing of fabric to be very good. It is really uncomfortable, though.
