Very tasty:)
I mix these with water, and add ice, milk, and a splash of sweet cream and it’s very good!

Not as good as what I'm used to from Thai restaraunts, but it's still delicious and convenient!
I'm used to a little stronger flavor when I order Thai tea at my local restaraunts, but this really isn't bad (one of those Thai restaraunts even sells it in addition to making their own), and I've really enjoyed it. Mix it up and throw it in a blender with some crushed ice for an nice Thai tea flavored slushie.

ALMOST like the real thing
This thai iced tea is ALMOST like the freshly made tea at the boba shops but not quite there. It's like 90% there. It's very hard to describe, however, you wont find one this close that is in a portable package like this. Other brands of powdered Thai ice tea do not taste as good as this brand. Those are like 60% of the taste.

My family loves this as a cool summer treat!
My family loves this during our hot summers. To get the most flavor, follow the directions on the packet. I add only about 4 to 5 ounces of water. It looks like very little, but once you add ice, it becomes a lot more as the ice will melt into the tea. If it's not sweet enough, you added too much water or ice. Very refreshing on a hot day!

Great for Backpacking
I am a backpacker, and not a coffee drinker, so I was looking for an easy and lightweight way to make tea on trail. Having a powdered tea option is perfect because you don't have to deal with carrying out a wet leaky tea bag after you use it. I love the way that these taste; It's just like you might get at a restaurant. Each packet weighs about an ounce, so they are easy to carry too. I buy these repeatedly when I get low, so I can get high! I'm so glad Amazon carries these because I haven't been able to find them in stores. I also recommend the boba milk tea flavor, but the thai tea flavor is my favorite.

Leaves you a little short in taste.
This Thai tea tastes mostly like sugar, cream and a hint of tea. It is not so much that it is bad but it does not taste like Thai tea that I have had either in restaurants or another brand of instant. My wife even detected what she thought was a hint of hazelnut. She thought it tasted like cream, sugar and mild hazelnut flavor. Again, that is not necessarily a bad thing if that is what you were looking for.Realizing that taste his objective, if I cannot get Thai tea in a restaurant (like I did just yesterday) and don’t want to take the time to brew a large batch from scratch, I use Prince of Peace instant also purchased on Amazon or sometimes at an Asian market but the closest that carries that brand is 90 minutes away.In my opinion the Prince of Peace brand is far superior over DeDe. Both versions are made to be used with only 7 ounces of water if hot and less made and then put over ice. For a big coffee size mug it will probably take two packets of either. I have seen comments about both having a weak flavor and if made with more than 7 ounces of water, I would agree. One advantage that DeDe has is that it is about 60% cheaper than Prince of Peace on Amazon. Maybe that has something to do with the flavor.

I would highly recommend it!
As I read the comments, there are some customers who don't like this product. I don't understand why but I'm so happy to have found the right, easy, and affordable way to drink Thai tea. It tastes just like the one from the mall. I must warn you though it is very sweet so DON'T add any more sugar to it. TRUST ME. I make my "Thai tea slushie" with brown sugar boba.Thai Tea slushie:Heat up 400ml of water in a pot till it simmers. Then put 2 packages of the tai tea in the pot and turn off the stove. Give it a good stir for 1 minute. Put the drink into a big cup or small bowl and let it cool at room temperature. (Don't put it in the freezer. You won't get good results) after you let it completely cool pour the drink and pour 1-2 cups of Ice in a blender and blend it till you have a slushie texture. You can put half a ML of sweet condensed milk...but it's way too sweet for my preference. Add your brown sugar boba into a cup and then the slushie and BOOM there you go. You'll thank me later 💕 (Also but the same DEDE brand for milk tea)
