Samsung S21 Plus 128GB Black

10/10 this product is absolutely amazing! No scratches or scuffs on the device. The battery life is still good display is still great and most importantly IT'S NOT A FAKE MODEL!!!!!. I'm someone who likes the s21+ model better then the current models design wise and I'm so glad I was able to get another s21+ since I traded my original one in years ago. Now the box did not come with the correct Samsung charger brick but that's no problem since I have the original still. All in all 10/10 on my book

This phone arrived in like new condition. Very fast shipping There was no scratches on the screen. I applied the screen protector. The phone is unlocked, works perfectly on mint mobile. Battery life is just as good as my iPhone 15 pro max. battery health is really good! Runs android 14 on one ui 6.1. Great value for money. For 230$ is a great deal. I would recommend buying from this seller. This is the second phone I’ve bought that’s in like new condition like this one!

Maybe I just got a bad one, but I spent half a day running around to Verizon stores tryin to get the phone to work. The phone was beautiful out of the box no scratches no dents and even had a protector on the screen. Was very pleased with that aspect. Then I began transferring all of my data. Hooked up to wifi then the phone shut off. So I turned it on and began an update. Once my phone was restarted the wifi disconnected, and I noticed I had no cell service.. so then I tried to make a call and send a text and I had 0 service. Took my phone to Verizon and spent 3 hours there. They tried everything they could and they were unable to get it to take the SIM card. They tried eSIM and rebooting the phone etc. They informed me that the phone was LOCKED or had a bad SIM processor. The service rep. Did say sometimes they are blacklisted phones. So all-in-all maybe i got a bad one and the rest are good??? But not very happy at all and wasted a bunch of time and $ driving around for no reason at all 🤔. Couldn't get the phone to hook up to verizon

The charger died after 1 hour of use, It burnt up and I wasn't at home while it remained plugged into my power bar so that could have costed me my home. Do not use the charger that came with the phone because this experience alone is very serious. ( I know it was about 1 hour of use because I didn't notice until a couple hours later that my phone didn't completely charge even though it had ample time to do so (about 2 hours worth of time ) ) The phone it self came with a few nicks as I had purchased the "excellent condition" option which is okay because otherwise the phone was only very slightly dirty on the edges but no scratches/dent/marks/anything to make the phone NOT "excellent condition". The phone comes with 2 pieces of paper, one explaining how its "unlocked" and another that says its from verizon. It is completely unlocked and worked with metro which is a T-mobile network so it should realistically work for others on GSM networks aswell.

I just received this phone couple of days ago and I just set it up it is exactly what the seller stated it is an unlocked phone and an excellent condition and it charges to 100% very fast I had no trouble at all setting it up and downloading and installing my apps transferring my data and Technical information and my personal information the phone is very fast pictures and videos are top quality everything works great that said I don't know how others are having problems with their phones in this condition maybe they made a mistake and bought an acceptable condition one or a good condition one and in that case then they should expect some issues this is the third renewed phone I have bought from different sellers and from different websites and whenever I buy them in excellent condition they're always in excellent condition if anything goes wrong with this phone though I will be doing an update but I don't expect it to have any problems

It is a great upgrade

This has by far been the WORSE samsung phone I have ever bought! It makes me not ever want another hone that has AI on it! That is the most annoying program I know of! Simply because it is new I suppose but it has so much crap on it that you don't want or need! I jsut want my phone to do what I want it to, Not to go places and load apps I'm not even interested in! Worsed phone and programs ever! Now I need To find a new phone that does not have AI on it, wonder if thats even possble?

Phone seemed to be nice and work but also the back didn’t seem to be glued down very well in a spot or two and wouldn’t stay down. Irritating.
