TelPal Classic Vintage Desktop Wired Office Telephone of 1950 Old Fashioned Antique Style Home Phone

I chose this model because I wanted one where the receiver was easily reachable from the right; it is located by my sofa and I can just reach over to answer.

Got it for office decoration and conversation piece. Works fine as a regular desk phone .

Phone failed in less than a month of purchase. Turned speaker on by itself and would not shut off; would not hang up so beeped wildly for almost ten minutes (on speaker) and then just left the line open. Next, the small display screen gave out and showed only the top half of the numbers. Also, most importantly, I COULD NOT MAKE A CALL. The touchstone numbers also failed. This is an absolute piece of junk and not worth $6.50 let alone the over 65 bucks i shelled out. Pretty to look at if you want an expensive paperweight. I will not be getting another one. Don't spend your money on this brand. Very shoddy.

The unit works correctly and has good sound quality. The unit is easy to use and wil operate with Internet phone services. The instructions were not well written. Therefore assembly could have been easier.

If I was going to order this again I would not. People on the end of the line sound like they are in a tunnel.There is no volume control.

very disappointed the whole earpiece fell apart . very unhappy withe produ ill still awaiting response for unhappy product ear piece fell apart/ what is being done about this complaint. submitted complaint a few days ago. withe replace it ot return phone

Was a bit unsure because it came in a box that Wasn’t for this product but it was the actual item.
