It is exactly what I was using in PT and now great for exercising at home. Strong and easy to use. Material doesn’t irritate my hands. Fit nicely in my carryon luggage.

This product is a 10 out of 10. Maintains its tension well. The description of the product is very accurate. The length of it is perfect for the exercises we need to do. We have been using the product for over a month now and the product just keeps working as if we just open the package. Great for strength training and stretching. Would definitely recommend this product.

It works as intended. There is no stretch and pretty stiff; not negatives just statements. The blue color is bright and pretty (only way to be better is if there was a leopard print one lol). I am sure it would soften when it gets washed, but haven't washed it nor plan to for a while.

I love these for working out! They are easy to use, you don't have to put your legs up the wall and they are super versatile for different exercises!

The Trideer Stretch Strap is excellent for after having knee surgery. The loops make it easy to change positions. Very well made.

In early October I fell from a ladder. I shattered my tibia plateau and tore my meniscus. After two surgeries to repair the damage I was not allowed to put any weight on my leg for 12 weeks. I received 3 months of in-home physical therapy and I am now working with an outpatient physical therapist to increase my knee flexion by performing heel slides. This stretching strap with loops is similar to the one used by my physical therapist. Every morning, while lying on a yoga mat, I use the looped strap to do three sets of heel slides, 10 repetitions per set. My knee flexion has increased to 130°. PLEASE NOTE that this is an advanced stretch that's intended to achieve the final stages of flexion, so avoid pushing too hard, too soon. Before purchasing, I STRONGLY recommend that you take a screenshot of this product and share it with your physical therapist. If it is the right choice for you, your physical therapist will recommend it and teach you how to use the strap correctly without causing further damage to your knee.

Use this strap every day for stretches and physical therapy exercises. It is strong and very sturdy. Bought a second for family member! Great product!
