I've put a lot of cat furniture together. For the size and prize, this thing wins hands down. It's window sill or waist height. Construction is stable and sturdy and it comes with a wall anchor as well.The construction was very quick and easy, and the manual was cute and had little cats in the pictures. Easy to follow along and took maybe 30 mins from opening the box to having it upright.My only concern was that the fabric plush pads and the sisal column came with weird schmutz on it. The sisal I could not clean but the pads I threw into the washing machine. Kind of weird, not sure what it was, but it did wash off.Steadily holds up my 12 pound, 15 year old cat and easily accessible to him and his geriatric bones.

Perla and I both really love this cat tree! My favorite feature, which is why I picked this specific one, is that it's made of wood and you can take of the pillows and wash them or replace them. This just makes it easy to keep clean for germophobes like me 😄 also is the perfect height, since she sits and watches birds and other animals all the time. And it's really easy to put together. We are very happy with this purchase!

I took a star off because I honestly hate the little swivel screw connectors, I find they come loose over time and you have to go back around and retighten. I'd have much preferred hood ol fashion screws.But overall it was easy to assemble and the instructions made it clear and easy to follow along. I love the wide base. Since I've found most cat towers have a tendency to fall over once a cat gets to the top and becomes wobbly. So it's nice to have this shorter but wider tower. My girl is getting old so she can't climb up towers as easily as she once did.

It took me a long time to complete it because I am very bad at assembling furniture and such.The instruction manual is clearly written.The Velcro tape for attaching the cushion was not evenly attached and looked messy. However, it is good that it is not visible when the cushion is covered on top.This product is heavier than I expected and I had a hard time moving it because I have severe back pain.

The house manager requested a new nap & scratch spot. And because her every whim is met- we purchased this. So far she has tested all three nap stations and they have been met with approval. The scratching post has been thoroughly inspected for stability and entertainment. So far this offering has pleased the lady of the house for which we peasants are most grateful.
