Omg! Loving it i got full 50mins cleaning , as im incapacited to kneel or bend this has solved my problem , corners , skirting boards , showers, toilets and windows , as for ironing so happy can sit steam iron my clothing on the hanger , im very pleased with it, just one fault short lead but resolved by use of electrical extention lead , but yeah for the price of it, its worth it , it diffo solved my cleaning problems plus saves on chemicals bought each week . So easy to set up and follow instructions .

Very good product does what it says good value for money only thing that this product should come with for safety reasons is a heat protection glove as the handle gets ridiculous hot and end up having to hold lower down on the pipe so don't burn hands

I've seen a few reviews saying this machine is a toy or the steam is not hot to the point to even put a hand in front of it to prove is a crap machine.Well, I do not agree!I have to say that it is important to let the machine heat up even though the green light is already on, just leave it for a couple of more minutes to ensure a good temperature.I cleaned almost all the carpet tiles of my home and rugs, kitchen and bathroom floor.Here is where I encounter the first issue but I realised that it was because I didn't left the machine to heat up enough.The first thing I cleaned was the kitchen floor and it left it soaking wet, but when I did the bathroom floor, the steam was hotter and I could see the difference.From having to dry with a towel the kitchens floor to just have almost a dry floor at the end of cleaning the bathroom.So, key is to let it heat up, do not rush it.To refill water tank which you can pour in up to 1200ml you need to know that the tank cap has a safety lock that when is hot you can not open to avoid burns, but if you are in a rush, it has a little yellow button in the middle that with LOADS OF CARE, please, BE CAREFUL while doing this:Press the yellow button and twist in a zig zag mode the cap until the yellow button goes all the way down.Then very carefully, start opening the cap and let the steam to release slowly until you can't hear anymore steam coming out, so you can safely unscrew the cap and refill the water.*PLEASE HANDLE THIS STEP WITH CARE AND STAY SAFE.The reason I only give 4 stars is because I tried to iron my curtains and it was pouring water from the iron head, and I don't know why, because the machine was really really hot, maybe I haven't found the right way to use it yet as it was my first time using the machine, but I might contact the seller about this issue.Some stains on my carpet tiles that weren't come off with a carpet cleaner, they came off yesterday with minimal effort.I add a bit of carpet cleaning solution to the water just to have a little of fresh smell to the cleaning.I think this machine is really good for the price and cleans wonders.The pressure of the steam is strong, temperature is really hot, you can feel it from the handle tube.To me it does not look like a toy, yes, it's plastic, but most carpet cleaners, hoovers etc are plastic too, so nothing wrong with that.I have a disability and to be able to clean without getting on my knees or bending is a must and this machine makes things so easy for me.It has a window cleaner tool, two brushes, one metallic and the other kind of hard plastic bristles, the ironing head with its fabric cover, a thin steam head for corners, skirting boards, and other narrow places, the floor head with a microfiber cloth and a little wheel that you can attach at the back of the machine to put roll the cable away.Overall I love this machine and I couldn't stop cleaning lol, but then I regreted it as I overworked myself and I end up in pain, but this was my fault 😅I would really recommend this product.

I have given this product 3 stars as for when it worked it did work well however after 4 times of using it just broke. The light was on and power was going to it but no heat so returned and was offered a refund. However its was easy to use , was a small fit not too bulky and quite light to carry but the cord wire was quite small so had to keep unplugging

The media could not be loaded. Had proper steam cleaner in the past so I know how it should work but this one is just a toy, it propably produce a proper heat steam but loose to much heat due to that "plastic" hose. Heat up in around 5 minutes but when you use it green light comes of after 3/4 seconds.It's poorly designed, you don't had space for accessories that comes with this device, or in different way, you had space for them but if you put anything to designate location you will not be able to close plastic lead. attached for cable do not lock in place so it comes off without any force.Overall in my opinion is a toy that imitate proper device, it may be good for cleaning something from very close distance like ovens, hobs etc. but definitely not the floor as it don't do it properly.

Have wanted a steamer for ages after my floor steamer broke. After lots of research i wanted a karcher but not paying that price. This was very similar. I can use it on all surfaces lots of attachments and gadgets. best part is the water tank if large I haven't run out yet. Takes about 5 mins to heat up but i turn it on and go off and do another quick job. Nice and light to carry around the house. Would like the cable to be longer love the steam adjustment levels. I cant fault this steamer.

I use it in my work as a cleaner. In the oven deep cleaning, kitchen cupboards cleaning and bathroom steaming the tiles, this machine is very valuable compared to its price. It is also my first steam machine I have bought but already i have used it in a very difficult tasks, and received the best reviews. One thing i noticed before i purchased this item was the short length of the cable, but the truth is I did not have any problem until now, first of all if the steam inside is created even if you unplugged it you steal can use it.
