This bed for our dog was perfect and exactly what we’ve been looking for for him! Our dog is rather large, weighing over 100 lbs. Until now, every bed we had purchased, he would sink through down to the floor. This bed however is 7 inches thick and supports his weight and he absolutely loves it! This bed is well made and quite durable. The cover is removable and washes very easily as well. We decided to buy an extra cover for it too so we can always have a clean cover on it for him. At first we were on the fence about purchasing it due to the higher cost compared to other beds. Don’t let that detour you! It’s worth the money and more than likely you would have to replace that cheaper, other bed you are currently looking at anyway! Buy it…you won’t regret it!

My dog likes to fluff up her bed before settling down, often resulting in rips/tears. However, I bought this original bed almost 2 years ago, super sturdy and well made. I'm surprised the cover lasted as long as it did, and it definitely protected the bed itself from any tears. I just bought the replacement cover, which is as well made as the original, and fits perfectly.

I was hesitant to buy this. I have 6 dogs -- 2 of which like to "christen" beds. I had been buying the large Costco beds for $45, but decided to try this to see if I could save money (washing those Costco beds are a nightmare). I had this out for a week before my bulldog decided she wanted to make it hers. It's not the easiest cover to take off, but I have the large size bed -- hard to maneuver. Once, off the inner clover was dry. It a light weight vinyl cover inside...not particularly strong, so be careful not to tear it with the zipper. The other cover is the washable one. I was careful not to shrink, because the fit is tight. I aired dry. Getting it back on was a pain...as the side with the pillow (higher end) is not marked on the cover and you can get all mixed up not knowing which end is which. I got it on the wrong way -- twice. Once on - it looks great. No lingering smells. I did buy an extra cover. Otherwise the memory foam is still very high and has NOT gone down -- I have a 120 lb lab that lays on it all the time. It took about a good day for it to lay flat after opening the box. Anyway, the dogs love it. I should mention, I got the large size because I have 3 large dogs. I also have 3 smaller dogs...the dog with arthritis has a hard time stepping up on the bed, so keep in mind who you're shopping for. Not every one can fit of course, they each have their own beds...but I'm impressed with this one. So far, worth the cost.

Inherited two of these beds last year when we adopted a pup. He's named managed to soil them many times, but the little anti slide nubs on the bottom are ending up all over my floor. I see a few seams coming open, so I know the cover has been washed a few too many times. Ordered this replacement one to extend the life of the bed. Costs as much as some new beds, so I was hoping it would be good quality. SII far so good. It fits better than the original, and looks exactly the same save for what appears to be a better zipper and the company name as a sewn on badge versus a tag. Time well tell how well it holds up but given he's a year older and fairly well potty trained, I expect it would be fine.

We were gifted one of these beds for Christmas several years ago. After at least 2 years, the dogs finally wore through the cover. Got the replacement and the bed is like new. Can’t recommend enough. The dogs eat nearly every bed we get, but with the removable cover and waterproof layer it keeps the smell from getting deep in the bed and I am convinced that’s what keeps them from tearing it up. Zipper quality is great, size fits perfect, value for money is amazing, rip resistance is anything I could ask for - they scratch at the top of it to “make their bed” as dogs do, and still lasts years
