This is good. This is really the original.
This is the original bactine formula, without the lidocaine, and without the generally non-functional spray top. It's a non-irritating and effective cleaning solution for any kind of small external injury. Clean it with this, put a band-aid on top, and you're good to go without an infection. With all the antibiotic resistant stuff out there, cleaning small cuts is more important than it's ever been. This 40+ year old product is good for that. If it's too big of a cut for this, you should probably be going to the hospital.

Better packaging that the spray bottle
We use Bactine for a variety of things. I like this size, and I especially like that it comes in a bottle without a sprayer. Our experience with the spray bottles has been poor as the sprayers don't work half the time.
