Love this mug. It is large and hefty in a good way. You know you have a sturdy mug in your hand, t The handle is large. I can fit four fingers in it. It would be perfect for a man with a large hand but also perfect for m= small hand.

Holds a full 2 cups with headspace left so spills are a thing of the past. We donated all of our 16-oz mugs because this one is the only one we ever use now. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. It tends to hold onto the coffee discoloration, but a little bleach water soak clears that right up. The handle is really comfortable too.

Nice mug ... larger than the usual coffee mug ... just as I like them. But in scientific vernacular the size is "to contain" 20 ounces. That means completely full to the tip brim. So, one cannot drink from the mug if completely full. I rate it as an 18 ounce mug at most for drinking. For its size it is light weight and of thin construction. Over all a nice mug ... just wish that I could fine one that would hold 20 drinkable ounces.

Rather pricy -- but I've had 3 of these and they are perfect for their size and durability. Also and most importantly, you can put these in the microwave without heating the ceramic -- only the liquid. The size is nice as you're getting a cup and a half of coffee without filling to the brim. This makes it perfect for mobility / walking. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a darned good mug. (note -- i sometimes will pre-heat the mug with hot water as it's size will suck some heat out of your beverage if it's cold).

I received my beautiful, big red mug today. For a long time, I have wanted to use the largest cup size of my Keurig machine, but with a little cream I warm first in the microwave, it always runs over. This cup is advertised as 20 ounces, but I just measured how much it holds two times, it is a bit more than 20 ounces, it is even better than advertised. I am really looking forward to using my big red cup tomorrow morning with no more clean ups for overflows. It appears to be well made and heavy, which I love. It has a huge handle too! It feels so nice and smooth in the hand.

Bought this to replace the same model purchased a little over three years ago. It was finally getting T stains that just would not wash out. Other than that, it held up perfectly under nearly daily use for three years, along with the red and black mugs that I also bought at the same time back then. A great size for a good cup of tea or a large cup of coffee.

Compré la roja y la negra, y desde entonces que no me conformo con el tamaño estándar más pequeño. Son de excelente calidad, sin dibujos, de colores vivos y brillantes. Además aguantan perfectamente el microondas. Para el que toma casi un litro de té o café como yo es la taza ideal. Tenía preocupación de que llegasen rotas, pero el embalaje de corcho vaciado a medida y la caja me ha sorprendido, y llegaron perfectamente.
