The hinge on the IKEA PS 2014 Secretary Desk broke and finding a replacement had been dragging on for months. Found them in Italy last year and for some reason only purchased one and paid a million pounds postage then came the delay then came now - oh - both broken!! Back to Italy - no longer ships to UK. Then - POP - they turn up here. These kinda seem to be made of a better material than the IKEA originals, only time will tell. I drilled out the four smaller bracket screw holes to take the stouter IKEA grub screws. Said bracket operation is best done held firmly in a vice (fold card over vice jaws to protect bracket surface - not too tight!) - holding tight with pliers doesn't really cut it. A tapered drill bit would have probably made it easier too... Otherwise, Brilliant - Assembly Easy - The Niece Loved The Little Silver Lever That Made It Hard And Easy To Flap The Lid. Not here to rate the IKEA desk, but it was worth saving for this small expense. Thank you seller for making this available in the UK. 100%
