I am an older woman and was looking for a small filing cabinet. This product was perfect. I was amazed by the quality of the product and the secure way it was packaged for shipment. No smashed corners or dented surfaces. I was even able to install the wheels easily and the bars for the files to hang from. I would suggest if you have files that are letter size to request a second set of bars to hang the files instead of from one bar and the back of the drawer.

From the moment I received the box containing the filing cabinet, I knew it would be a product that was exceptional because the outside box was well made and on the inside, the filing cabinet was well supported on each side with padding. The workmanship of the filing cabinet was exceptional and the instructions to attach the wheels was very clear. The filing cabinet itself is functional and blends in nicely with my white computer table. This was an excellent choice.

I am not mechanically inclined in any way, shape, or form and I was able to install the wheels and the hanging bars by myself in just a few minutes. The filing cabinet was packaged carefully with lots of styrofoam, heavy cardboard boards, and plastic corner protectors on the top and bottom of the cabinet. There were zero dents or scratches. I'm very pleased and would recommend this filing cabinet.

Received my file cabinet today and am delighted. It fits under my desk just like it was made for it. It is nice and sturdy and easily locks and unlocks and the drawers open and close perfectly. No dents or scratches as it was well packed for its trip here. An excellent choice for my den!

Even though I read all the details and reviews for this file cabinet, I ordered it anyway. So, I have no one to blame but myself. However, having to hang files sideways in the drawer seems to me to be counterintuitive to how most people use a file cabinet. Like another reviewer, I am in the process of spending more money ( it was already more expensive than some 2-drawer cabinets I considered) to buy brackets that I can put in the drawer so that my files will hang from front to back. In addition, as many reviewers have pointed out, there are only 2 metal brackets included, which limits how the file folders can hang. Three should be at least 2 per drawer, right? Although I am experiencing some"buyer's remorse," overall I like the looks and sturdiness of the cabinet. Just not happy with file hanging configuration and it would be too much trouble to return.
