Before I get into my thoughts about this product I just want address 2 issues brought up frequently in other reviews. First is the ziplock seal not working. After looking at it for minute I noticed the powder was packed in the seal. Ran my thumbnail down the middle of the seal on both sides and seal works perfectly now. The other issue is clumps. I bought this product to add protein to my smoothies which includes quite a bit of fruit, some frozen. That said it only makes sense that I use a blender. Now when I add the powder the only thing it does is give my smoothie a thick, creamy consistency. With the issues addressed time to add my thoughts about this product. With what I normally use my smoothie has an amazing flavor profile and doesn’t need any help. This product doesn’t change the flavor at all which is great for me. It did however give it a thicker, creamier consistency which I consider a small improvement. I also noticed that the price per serving was cheaper than other similar products while also having more protein per serving! This product is just superior no matter how I look at it. Do yourself a favor and just start with this product.

As many reviews will point out; the consistency is not great and takes some getting used to. I am not a huge workout nut, but I am dieting and I heard it is beneficial to use protein during your diet so that your weight loss is all fat and no muscle. Also, my protein intake was a bit low and needed supplement. Only once before had I taken protein, and it was like a milkshake mix which easily mixed into water. I found that this didn't easily mix into water at the dosage recommended on the bag. When I first tried it, I mixed it with 2 cups of almond milk and almost threw up and thought this would be a waste of money. The consistency is similar to pancake mix when used in high amounts or not mixed properly. Some reviews have said they just can't avoid the taste, but I haven't had that problem after I start mixing this into smoothies. I mix 15 grams of this in with half a banana, 1/4th cup of Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 2-4 strawberries, and 1 cup of almond milk. I barely taste it at all, and the smoothie is a great deal of fiber and protein, and a decent amount of my daily fruit. I drink two of these smoothies everyday, and I have ordered this bag three times so far.

Can only say positive things about this protein. Great price when compared to other brands. The taste is not good but if you're expecting an UNFLAVORED soy protein to taste good you're delusional. This product is perfect if you're looking for a pure protein. I mix it with soy milk and fruits and it tastes great. Consistency can be a little gelatinous so make sure it is well blended. I am not giving it a 5 star because of its package. I understand that it lowers its price but it could have at least a more effective sealing. I will definitely buy it again.

TERRIBLE. I had to put the powder in a plastic container because it made such a mess trying to get it out of the bag. It does not mix well at all and immediately becomes too thick to drink. I even tried adding half as much powder and still it was too thick.

The flavor and texture of this product is vastly superior to others I’ve tried. I can’t say that it’s delicious, but it can be disguised in a smoothie with significantly less noticeable flavor or chalkiness than other brands.

I had given up on vegan protein powders since they always have a chalky texture like dirt in my smoothies. This protein powder mixes smoothie and creamy and I like that it thickens. It has no distinct flavor which gives me the option to add it to anything and flavor according to my cravings for the day. I found it hard to mix well without a blender but that’s no problem for me.

Tastes mostly neutral with a slight bitter soy flavor. Fantastic for smoothies and not many other applications which is fine for me because that's my only intended use for it. I may try to use it in baking and will update if the time comes. It thickens whatever liquid it's in very significantly which is amazing for people who like very thick smoothies that you essentially eat with a spoon (like myself) but if you want to mix it in a normal drink then it's not the best. Unless you use a food processor it clumps, so blending it with a spoon is an arduous task. The packaging is technically resealable but the seal sucks and was clogged with powder before I even opened it. I had to throw out the bag use a separate container to hold the powder. Would be 4/5 without this problem and I'll update the rating when I buy another bag if it seals properly.

It comes advertised. Only thing is I notice, it tastes a little industrial...
