My new favorite toner
I have tried a LOT of different skincare products, and I would easily say that toners and essences are by far my favorite product in the routine. I have so many different products that I have tried, and so many different options; I would not be saying this otherwise. This is a great toner, and because of how well my skin has responded I will be very comfortable with making this my only toner. I am seeing my skin barrier start to heal and my breakouts are becoming less frequent and the scars are becoming way less noticeable. A win for me!

Moisturizing GEL makes sense
I have had oily skin all my life and struggled with moisturizers which are typically creams. This gel is fantastic. It absorbs quickly and really makes my skin feel great. I have noticed fewer skin eruptions since using it because it is not a cream and does not clog pores.

broken seal, diluted product
As many others here, mine came with a broken seal and very watery. I think they are being tampered with and diluted. There is also no smell, no scent at all. It usually costs 16.99, which really isn't that expoensive, but this was only 9.99, sort of too cheap.... I can't send it back but I threw it away...

Good product but bad packaging
My first order arrived, and like many reviews, appeared that the seal (white tape) was broken. I requested a replacement which arrived very quickly, and unfortunately the seal was broken on that one as well. I do like the product so just decided to keep both instead of returning the original order.

Great product but expect it to be broken upon arrival
I've used this product for years and it is great. I just recently placed another order and it was delivered with the lid broken...which is understandable because it packaged in an Amazon envelope, no product box and no extra protective bubble wrap. I put in a request to return the product and get a replacement. No problem, told me to keep the original. Couple days later the replacement arrives in the same condition as the other one, same packaging as the first. Believe this comes from Amazon, so it is their fault, not Hada Labo's. Great product but might want to order from somewhere else.

Delivered unsealed and without a cap
It’s probably a fine product, I like the brand, but was delivered unsealed and without a cap or top. Not worth the time to return it and I will not be reordering.
