The frequency response is both the best aspect and the worst. I ran a single mode fibre 15 metres from our community radio studio to the tech room. Compared to the previous shielded copper line the highs were much improved. The base however was lacking. I have had to use the pc sound cards equaliser to boost the base. I would love to query the seller but they are not listed on the Amazon Web site.

I picked this to setup a home theater to have an amp behind the TV and output clean audio directly into the amp. Running a single fiber cable was easy up into my attic and back to the receiver device. I was able to connect this directly to the speaker amp behind my couch and have rear channel audio without any fuss. Seems to work great and I cannot notice any degradation of quality.
