A medical-grade tool enabled me to regain my dignity before the surgery.
Facing a knee replacement surgery is an intimidating thing. The pain during the waiting period gradually weakened my ability to be independent. My surgeon suggested using a compression brace, and then I checked the prices at the clinic, conducted further research, and finally chose this product. The final decision was based on its excellent manufacturing quality. It has a no-nonsense, medical-grade feel to it. Every component, from the reinforced straps to the rigid hinges, radiates strength and durability. This isn't a simple compression sleeve; it's an external structural support system that provides tangible knee support by mechanically offloading pressure from the damaged part of my joint. The immediate comfort after putting it on is very strong. But equally important is that I found myself able to adapt to this way of wearing it. The comfort is carefully designed, with smooth edges and made of breathable material, which can prevent skin damage. The fit is highly adaptable—a crucial feature when dealing with post-activity swelling. I can easily micro-adjust the straps for perfect compression without compromising the excellent slip resistance, which ensures the brace remains effective and doesn't migrate. While the ease of application required a quick learning curve with the multiple straps, it now secures reliably in under a minute. The adjustment ability is what elevates this from a good brace to a great one. It took some patience to find the perfect off-loading setting with the key, but the effort paid off exponentially. This personalized support enabled me to regain those seemingly small but crucial daily victories: such as preparing a meal, checking emails, or simply moving around at ease at home without having to carry a painful expression all the time. In the face of exorbitant medical costs, the value for money this brace offers is profound. It has become an indispensable tool, providing not just physical support, but the mental peace that I can still function while I await my surgery.

This knee brace is a durable and reliable everyday item!
All I can say is that the build quality of this knee brace is truly impressive. It looks sturdy and durable enough to withstand my work environment in the warehouse where I frequently bend over and lift heavy objects. The strength of the hinges assures me that my knees are adequately protected. Despite its robustness, it's incredibly comfortable. I can work for four hours straight without feeling any pressure or heat. Its anti-slip properties are also top-notch; once I adjust the size in the morning, I rarely need to readjust it, even when I'm sweating. The reason that truly makes it worthwhile is the ease of its installation. The quick-release buckle design is excellent - I can put it on or take it off in just a few seconds. The adjustable lock allows me to fine-tune the level of support according to how my knees feel throughout the day. Considering that it provides excellent support for my knees, enabling me to remain efficient at work, this knee guard truly offers extremely high value for money. It allows me to continue working and thus fully utilize my potential.

Title: No more knee buckling—stable and secure
Ay, let me tell ya—this brace wicked saved my knee from givin’ out on me all the time. Used to be I’d be walkin’ down the street and bam, my knee would just go. Not anymore. The build quality is industrial-strength—nothin’ flimsy about it. The hinges have serious strength to ’em, so you know it’s holdin’ up right. And the comfort? Betta than any otha brace I evah tried—no pinch, no rub, nothin’. The slip resistance is perfect, like it stays put even when you make a sudden move. The fit is real secure and you can customahze it pretty easy too. The ease of application is a real plus, just click and go. Honestly, the adjustment ability lets ya dial it right in, and the knee support is superb—like your knee’s finally behavin’ itself.

Slips down while walking. Then pull to tight.

Works as described
Brace works great. I’m allergic to most braces so materials are perfect. Feel top most brace should be a hard plastic with click in connection. The strap slides down my leg

For active seniors, this is excellent value for money.
Well, howdy! I'm 70 years young and still kickin' around the garden and takin' my walks, so I needed me a knee brace that could keep up. Let me tell ya, this one here is the real deal. The build quality is top-notch — sturdy as an old oak and built to last. Those hinges ain't playin' around; they’ve got some serious strength to 'em, which gives me all the confidence I need when I'm bendin' down to pull weeds or stroll through the park. Now, I've worn it for hours on end, and the comfort is just plain outstanding. Doesn’t pinch or rub, even when I'm out under that Texas sun. The slip resistance is mighty impressive too — this thing stays put, no fussin' or tuggin' required. The fit is snug but not constrictin', and once you get the hang of those straps, the ease of application is smoother than butter on a biscuit. All in all, the adjustment ability lets me fine-tune it just right, and the knee support it provides is exactly what this active senior needed.

I have arthritis in both knees and I was really interested in this knee brace to support my knees because sometimes it actually gives out when I’m walking and particularly when I’m walking down the stairs, my knee will kind of buckle and I lose my balance and it really hurts a lot so I decided to try this brace and it’s actually quite good. It is awkward at first because it doesn’t feel very natural as it holds your knee in it in an awkward position or you know maybe the normal position that it should be in and I’m not used to that but after you get used to the position your knees is held in it actually gives me a little more confidence when I’m walking. I have found that it has changed my gate and through changing my gate it is caused some other issues with my hip and stuff because I have not been walking so much using my knee so my body position and everything is kind of changed but now that I’ve been using it for a little while and my body is adjusting I find I’m a lot more stable. My lower back pain is better and my knee pain is actually a lot better when I take it off at night it’s pretty easy to do. It’s pretty easy to adjust during the day and I do find myself adjusting it during the day as I’m wearing it depending on how much pain I’m in that day sitting standing walking so there is definitely a learning curve to it. I don’t wear it all the time I wear it when I have the worst pain and after that, I take it off, so I definitely find an advantage to wearing it. It does affect the way you wear your clothes because it is bulky so I tend to wear you more track pants or looser pants, but that doesn’t affect how it works and I was recommended getting one of these braces years ago and I never did because I couldn’t afford it, but I am happy. I have this this brace and I feel it’s definitely improving my comfort level so all in all I would give this a five out of five rating but you really do have to take your time to learn how to use it to figure out how long you want to use it each day and adjust it as you go along with during the day with swelling that you have you know the way you’re moving and stuff so it’s good I like it. I would recommend going to your physiotherapist and having your physiotherapist apply to you, adjusting it checking your gate and making sure it actually works for you just to make sure you’re using it correctly.

I ordered this knee brace because I anticipate that it will be needed in the next few years, and I wanted to have a good one on hand. I've had some knee pain that does not bode well, let's put it that way. Also, I wanted to try a few out before one became quite necessary - there's no point waiting until you're in pain and perhaps make things worse or cause other problems by using the wrong device. Call me over-prepared. I can take it. Anyway, this brace is more than the usual compression type brace. It's almost an exoskeleton for your knee, and provides very solid and stable support. The pieces are made of molded plastic with padding, as well as metal supports and brackets. It is highly adjustable, and the padding has breathable covers so that your skin is comfortable. I wore the brace for an afternoon of gardening, which usually results in sore knees, and it made a real difference for me. The brace does take some time to learn how to use it and put it on, and it does change my gait a bit. However, it more than makes up for that in reducing the load on my knee, so I am very happy with it.

Tried this for my father, 87 and quite slight. The problem is that: as he has slender legs he has to use all of the available strapping only to find that the strap wont pass through the buckles. Totally useless and the seller is being more than difficult in accepting a return. The return label IS NOT A VALIS ADDRESS IN CHINA , cost of postage £25.00 This all stinks of a scam. My advice in general only by direct from Amazon and not third party sellers who pay Amazon for a space on their site and specifically avoid this seller as there is no customer protection.

The Komzer OA unloader knee brace is solid, well made brace that relieves the pain in my knee when it is at its worse. It is comfortable to wear and despite the size, is light enough that it doesn't seem like a chore to wear for long periods. Make sure you note the leg you are getting this for as it is not interchangeable. It is easy to put on, and the correct order to do up the straps are actually labeled right on the ends. Out of the package, the straps were set almost perfect for me, with the exception of the lowest calf strap - it was almost twice as long as it needed to be. The design behind how these straps work though is very good. They are very "modular" and therefor easily customizable to the size of your leg. To shorten them, remove the cushioned pad (secured with hook-n-loop), undo the back-side hook-n-loop fastener and pull through some strap, then undo the "numbered" (in this case it is #2) hook-n-loop end fastener and pull the strap through the clip towards the brace where it threads through (see video). This may take a couple attempts, but once you have the correct position of the inner strap determined, you can cut the excess so the inner fastener is where it should be under the plastic on the outside of the brace away from your skin. In addition to shortening straps, they do supply one extra long one that you can use if needed, and have contact information if you require additional longer straps. In short, you do not have to worry about sizing of the straps with the way this is designed. I have had knee trouble since I was young (OSD) and now early OA. Fortunately I do not have a severe enough case yet that I have to wear this constantly, but when flareups do occur, this brace does provide relief. It is a bit on the bulky side, but I can wear this under jeans (see photo). I have a inner sleeve that I can wear under this, but I have not found a need to that (fit is good and it comfortable enough that I can avoid the sleeve which I find hot to wear).
Q**.
All information is in Chinese, quality is rubbish, plastics are weak, screws were stripped and stitching missing. Also ordered a size large and too small, also straps were too small.
