These copper elbows have very cleanly finished ends compared to some other elbows purchased at the big box store. The walls of these elbows also appear thicker than the ones purchased at the big box store. The ends are cleanly tapered in to assist with fitting the copper pipe into the elbow. A cleaned 1/2 copper pipe fits snuggly into the elbow, which is probably a good thing to maintain alignment and reduce the volume of solder required to fill the joint.

Worth every penny. Buy these instead of the big box store. Quality just as good if not better for the fraction of the cost. Size was perfect had no issues after I solder pipes. No leaks and worked great.

These worked well enough. Two of them were a bit smooshed so they would not strap on to the pipe ends but I only needed half of them for the job I was doing. No leaks from the ones that weren’t ovaled so I have no complaints.
