Changed my life

Great Energy Booster!
I don't leave reviews - but I don't know what's in this because it's pure magic. It gives me the right amount of energy and I feel so much better. As someone with an auto-immune disease who is on some heavy meds, this makes me feel a lot more "normal" and how I used to feel prior to my diagnosis. It also helps with appetite - I find myself less hungry. Overall, I'm rarely impressed with this product.

Good Ingredients
I trust Thorne to make good products. It's always hard to know if your supplements are doing anything, but I believe these are a good complement to my regime. I take one every night before bed and they don't disrupt my sleep. That way when I take my thyroid early in the morning, these ingredients are in my system to assist in absorption of the thyroid meds. My labs have improved slightly, so something I'm doing is working. I'll keep taking these, but I just take one a day instead of the two. I just take too many pills to take two. Wish the complete dosage came in one capsule.

Works but Terrible taste
I’ve been using this for about a month now and it seems to work well. The pill capsule tastes terrible making it hard to swallow.

There are no animal thyroid gland components in this product
This product is vitamins and minerals that help your own thyroid gland function better. No chopped up pieces of animal glands.Personally I have a negative reaction to products that contain animal gland pieces or extract.This product gives me better thyroid function without, using only vitamins and minerals

Improvements noticed
No more mood swings. I don't feel crazy anymore. Incredible energy! My numbers improved but still weren't within range with half dose so now I'm taking full dose. Still experiencing weight gain and joint pain but I think that's a separate problem from breastfeeding.
