Very poor absorption.compared to Mg glycinate form. Waste of money!

I have been very pleased with Pure Encapsulations Magnesium (Citrate). While I cannot personally vouch for the metabolism benefits, I can confidently say this supplement has been a game changer for my sleep. Within about thirty minutes of taking it, I begin to feel noticeably drowsy, and once I fall asleep the rest is deep and restorative. I have also noticed my dreams have become quite vivid, sometimes even a little unusual, but I see this as a sign of just how well I am resting. Easy to swallow capsules, but I wish they had a higher dose so I could get by with fewer. Nice large quantity!
