Best fan in the world
So ive had this fan for a year now and it is the best fan ive ever had! Best fan ive ever used. Even in 22 degree heat Iin a stuffy terraced house and small room, even with the window closed this fan still keeps me and my room cool. I have a big problem with heat anyway and sleeping in it is impossible, so much sp I used to routinely soak a towel in cold water and fall asleep with it on top of me lol nit anymore since I got this fan! Actually cannot express how important this fan is to me. BUY THIS FAN. And its so cheap.. love it so much. The only downside is because its so cheap I am assuming its made in a factory with people working for a pittance and abusing some international labour laws, that makes me sad.

Does What Needs Doing
If you need a basic fan to perform a basic job, this is a great fan to use.Has very classic functionality; buttons, timers and oscillation. I couldn't say that it's very powerful, but given the fact that it was used in a smaller space and was directly on me so no complaints.

Powerful
A little noisy, which I got used to. Good/powerful air flow, oscillating keeps whole room cool during warm periods.

Very good value.
For the price there is nothing to complain about. There are a few issues, which I have noted below, but nothing that would have put me off buying it for the £31.99 I paid. The unit works quietly, oscillates sufficiently and quietly, and the fan is powerful enough. You have a choice of just turning it on or using the 120 minute Timer. There is no remote control with this version. Base comes in 2 parts and has to be slotted together, easy. Fastening it on was a fiddle and you need a screwdriver to fasten the retaining screw. The lead attached to it isn't very long and an extension lead is probably needed to get it a reasonable distance from the power point, as I do.

Perfectly adequate for medium sized lounge
Simple controls, easy to use, quiet. Can feel the air from approx 4m away, even on low. Tower not overly sturdy, so I wouldn't want to move it around regularly, but perfectly stable if just leaving it in one place. Saying that, it has a well positioned grip at the back and is not heavy if it does need moving.Very happy, and would buy it again.

Tower fan very loud
The media could not be loaded. The cooling air is good but it seems to be making a clicking /whirring sound which is a little annoying I’d probably return but I’ve cut the box in to little pieces .I’d probably pay more for a well known brand next time .Has any other buyers noticed the rattling sound ?

Good for the money
For the money, it’s a pretty decent fan! It covers my living room and on lvl2 I can feel a solid breeze easily at 5m away, though this is ankle to waist height as it’s on the floor.Lvl3 gives really high air movement and it’s Dan whir is not picked up by my mic when on conference calls (about 3m away), so that is a plus.Bad bits: Lvl1 is IMO pointless as it’s not “quiet” at all and there is no chance of me sleeping with it on. It is slightly quieter than lvl2 but the air movement to noise ratio just doesn’t stack up.The fan noise is a higher pitch than your normal fan which is more of a low hum, so some may find it annoying or hard to switch off from when in a quiet room. It’s great for use around the home and I place it by an open door with a direct line to a window, the slightly cooler air is pulled in rather than trying to blow the hot air out which generally doesn’t work. It’s air movement for fans rather that direct cooling with AC.Unit seems pretty solid, nothing squeaking or rattling which is good. Grey colour is a nice neutral tone so it doesn’t stand out.Aside from putting a fan in your face or getting an industrial unit in your home, I doubt spending more money is really worth it unless your want a talking point are a brand snob or want a seriously quiet fan.
