Water doesn’t splatter all over
This faucet is very sturdy, the water doesn’t splatter around and easy to pull to spray around the sink. Also love Delta because this brand has a large life of use as replacement parts are available.

love it
I love this faucet. It seems like typical good Delta quality. The handle to turn it on and off is kind of stiff, but it seems that is due to the good quality rather than anything else. I didn't install it, but the person who did didn't seem to have any issues.

It's large
Love this faucet! Took some getting used to but all in all it works fantastic and the quality is excellent. Had a plumber install it and was impressed with it. Would highly recommend.

Nice professional kitchen style, but not perfect
We got this to replace an old faucet that was no longer fixable, but we like it enough that we plan on keeping it as part of our upcoming kitchen renovation.... but it's not perfect. Here are the pluses (++) and minuses (- -):++ the professional kitchen look is very well done (although you might want to check out the ones with sleeker faucet heads if you prefer a more minimalist look)++ the finish stays free of water stains and fingerprints without constant wiping++ the no-splash sprayer works pretty well - you have to keep the item being washed within a few inches of the head in order for this feature to work++ the faucet is sturdy and the magnetic dock holds it neatly in place until you want to use the pull-down feature (see the note at the bottom about the "pull-down")- - the faucet seems to be low-flow - the water comes out in a thinner stream with less pressure than other kitchen faucets with spray features- - the normal spray feature is not in a circular pattern. the spray holes are arranged like this: ( ) with a gap- - the no-splash spray will actually splash more unless you activate it while holding a plate or whatever no more than three inches or so from the bottom of the faucet head- - the faucet is pretty hefty-lookingAnother thing to consider: this faucet is described as "pull-down," but to me that is what a retractable faucet does. This one does not have a retractable hose - the pull-down happens when you pull on it enough to bend the spring. The reach is not as far as many retractable pull-down faucets have. All in all, we like the faucet. You never really know how well a faucet works until it has been installed, but, overall, we are happy with this. I wish the stream of water was a bit fuller and I do miss the touchless feature of the faucet in my former house, but we like the look of this one enough to overlook that.

Mostly Good
I had a small inflexible faucet in my laundry room sink that I always wanted to replace with a high profile pull down like I installed in the kitchen that I am very happy with. When the opportunity appeared to get one of these Delta Pull Down Faucets I jumped at the opportunity. The faucet arrived well packed to protect it from shipping damage and was a bit heavier than I anticipated but the construction quality was standard Delta excellent. The installation was "interesting". I knew that it was going to require three holes for mounting and that was good until I pulled off the old faucet and realized that the Delta required holes on 8" centers and mine were only 4" centers. After measuring the mounts since the instructions did not indicate the hole diameters I was off to Home Depot to get a 1 1/16" drill bit that could go through the fiberglass sink base. Everything went fine after that but I found that there is a very small alignment, retention slot that required me to enlist my wife to line up with the wobbly faucet in order to secure the mounting nuts from the underside. The water lines were PEX that I needed to marry up with the existing compression fittings that I need to hire a plumber to modify. Turns out he didn't modify anything and was able to make the fitment with the PEX fittings by cleaning off the old compression fittings and pushing very hard to seat the PEX fitting. When that was complete we fired it up and it worked fine. The only hook is that the Hot water is turned on with the lever in the vertical position which is the opposite of the Kitchen unit. I searched on Duck Duck Go (Google-like that doesn't track or sell your information) and found that there is no universal standard like there is for horizontal faucets but many people recommended up is best for Hot in homes with children who'll be less likely to scald themselves accidentally. Overall very satisfied but unhappy with the instruction lack of detail (ala hole size requirements and Hot being lever up) and very small alignment slot that may not hold up with repeated use.

Big commercial faucet, top quality
In case you can't tell from the product photos, this is a big faucet. The build quality, as with Delta faucets, is top notch. (Parts for Delta faucets are available too.) I also like the instructions that Delta provides with their faucets. They're clear and thorough, with big, clear illustrations. Installation isn't difficult. In my experience, uninstalling the old faucet can be more challenging than installing a new one. This is a single-hole faucet, but a cover plate is included for installation on multiple hole sinks. If you don't have room for orienting the flow control handle to the side, you can orient it forward or most any direction. Big commercial faucets are a handy thing to have even in a home kitchen, since you don't have to duck things under them to rinse or wash, and even big pots and pans will fit under them easily. Great quality. Five stars.
