You get what you pay for
This gaff tape is ok. Definitely not pro-level but for home use or light-duty, temporary, production use, it would be ok. I wouldn't use it on anything that I normally would put gaff on such as old wood work or painted walls, but it seems to be fine on floors that are clean and not waxed. Seems to be the same type of cheaper gaff that I've gotten in the past - sticks to itself, cables and perfectly flat (clean) floors very well. Does so-so on rough surfaces (like carpeting) and leaves residue if left more than a few hours. If you're in production, don't get it - you'll be disappointed.

It's not awful, but not the best
I work in IT and use gaffer tape often when setting up temporary work stations or presentation areas and I've tried a few different brands. I agree with others that this is not 100% normal gaffers tape, but it is still better than using duct tape. It's a bit harder to tear than what I'm used to, and it seems a bit thinner. That said it's also at a cheaper price point so it's not a terrible option for short team use.

NOT true gaffer's tape
Not true gaff tape. Sticks very nicely for 24 hours then releases from painted surfaces, carpet and vinyl tile. NOT useful and actually DANGEROUS. Used in a VBS setting for a 5 day event and tape was constantly in need of resticking. I worked professionally backstage in big theaters (Fabulous Fox, Atlanta Civic Center, Cobb Energy Center, etc) in Atlanta for a decade and this product would not have been acceptable. Plus it leaves nasty goo on cords. Bottom line--if you only need to tape something for 24 hours, I suppose this will do. If you want true gaff tape, order from a theatrical supply.

Stuck Down All Weekend!
I needed this tape to secure cords and carpet runner to the carpet for an indoor motorcycle show. It stuck all weekend, even with people walking across it for days and came up just as easily as it was to put down. I've now put the roll in my vendor bag and use it to hang signs off my tent at events! Great tape for a great price!

Fashion Tape
Okay, don't judge. I use this for fashion and wardrobe purposes. In North Jersey and NY, the outfits are little, the exposure is a lot, and bra straps and panty lines are a fashion no. This helps me keep everything in place and perky and prevents and "slips" it also comes off pretty easy, and if you have difficulty, take a bath and soak it off.Use at your own risk.

Boob tape!
So I used this instead of a bra - I had a backless dress for a wedding.Worked well, lasted *most* of the night - but after that much dancing and partying, I was pretty impressed with how long it held up.Not the conventional use, but I'd recommend it (more than the various sticky bras and things). Find a youtube video tutorial for directions.

Outclasses duct tape
I am glad I tried this. I don't ever want to use duct tape again. It is strong and sticks well. Has some thickness. Doesn't float and stick to itself and other things while working with it. I can tear it with my hands so do not have to keep picking up scissors. It is perfect for my purposes.

This is decent tape but it de-laminates very quickly. I have it on a couple small items. A couple peels on and off gently and carefully and the tape loses it's entire black backing material and reveals white glue layer underneath. You'd think after many years of gaffer tape use, a company would offer an inexpensive yet quality solution. There is definitely a market here.
