This was my first time using food grade silicone and it worked great. The brownies couldn't come out any easier. The bottom does not have any rigidity at all so you have to cook on a flat surface if that is important to you. I recommend this product and have actually started buying more food grade silicone products because of how well this one worked.

Some silicone items are very flimsy and I hate those kind but this brand has never failed me. Really sturdy, bakes great, easy to remove your baked items as well as easy to clean!

I bake a lot and love this line of bakeware. It is so easy to clean and is worth every penny. I have made brownies frequently. Baking time has been a few minutes less it bakes a tad faster. Very easy to use and frankly I highly recommend this. Pro tip always use a foundation of light butter and flour so it does not stick. Or Wilton Cake Release Pan Coating which is amazing.

I've only used the pan a couple times, but already like this so much more than my old metal pan with nonstick coating. This pan is a bit pricier than what I originally was looking to spend, but after using it a few times it was definitely worth it. Firstly, it is easy to clean since you can put it in the dishwasher. I just put it in my top shelf and haven't had any issues. Plus, if you do decide to handwash, the silicone is tough enough to not flop around and be annoying (I bought a different brand of silicone bakeware for muffins and it has very little rigidity) plus this pan has some inner metal framing to help hold its shape. For baking, again it is nice to use since it can hold its shape better than some cheaper brands, so you don't need to put it on a baking sheet or anything. It can go directly on your oven rack! I've made brownies and artichoke & spinach dip in this pan and both turned out great. Surprisingly, the dip actually did got a bit of color on the outside which I wasn't expecting since it is silicone and not metal, but it did not burn. For the brownies, they came out soft and moist, they baked MUCH better in this dish than my old metal one, which was hard to get the inside cooked enough without burning the outside. Plus, the silicone is flexible enough that you can just pop the brownies out of the dish if you want to. No fiddling with a knife or anything to carefully pry it out. If I need more bakeware in the future, I'll definitely consider getting more from Trudeau. They are a little more expensive than most of the big brand names you'll find at Target or whatever, but in my opinion, the extra money is worth it for the convenience and superior even baking.
