Unfortunately, from the first second i opened the box i saw some spot on the machine that i had to wipe hard to clean them off! Then the fun started!!! After turning on the machine for the first time, the descaling indicator went on, i owned other machines from Delonghi, like magnifica and dinamica plus and never had such encounter to ask you to descale from the first second you turn it on! After going through the descaling process, the option to make coffee with milk drinks is never lit up, the same as other people have complained about! I followed all the setup instructions very carefully, but still the milk system doesn’t work. The light doesn’t even turn on. To make it worse, we have ordered 100 capsules, and now we cannot return them as we tried to use couple of them to get the machine to work. Very disappointing experince. I am trying to return it now.

It was written 14 capsules as welcome gift but only 7 capsules came..

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the product I purchased. Unfortunately, I did not like it compared to the one I just bought. I found it to be too complicated, and it did not last even six months before needing repairs. Additionally, when I requested an invoice, I did not receive one. I also attempted to contact customer service through Amazon, but it seems that resolving this issue will take time and may incur additional charges. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter

I followed all the setup instructions very carefully, but still the milk system doesn’t work. The light doesn’t even turn on. I followed all troubleshooting methods but none have worked. After reading reviews, I see this is a common issue, and will therefore be returning.

I feel like the coffee is extremely watered down, how do you fix this?

Wir haben uns die Nespresso DeLonghi EN510B vor einiger Zeit geholt und sind bisher wirklich sehr zufrieden damit. Ausschlaggebend für uns war vor allem die kompakte Größe, weil wir keine riesige Kaffeemaschine in der Küche stehen haben wollten. Die Maschine ist wirklich angenehm klein und passt auch gut in kleinere Küchen, ohne viel Platz wegzunehmen. Der Kaffee selbst schmeckt unserer Meinung nach richtig gut. Die Auswahl an Kapseln ist groß, sodass man schnell seine Lieblingssorten findet. Ein netter Bonus war auch, dass man nach der Registrierung der Maschine bei Nespresso eine größere Auswahl an Kapseln kostenlos zum Probieren bekommt. So kann man sich erstmal durch verschiedene Sorten testen. Was uns auch gut gefällt, ist die flexible Tassenhöhe. Vorne gibt es eine verschiebbare Abstellfläche, die man einfach nach links oder rechts bewegen kann. Dadurch passen sowohl kleine Espressotassen als auch größere Latte-Macchiato-Gläser problemlos darunter. Die Maschine hat außerdem einen separaten Milchtank, mit dem sich Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato sehr einfach zubereiten lassen. Man füllt den Tank einfach bis zur entsprechenden Markierung für das gewünschte Getränk. Die Maschine verwendet dann genau diese Menge Milch für den Kaffee. Das funktioniert überraschend unkompliziert und der Milchschaum wird wirklich gut. Die Kaffeemenge lässt sich ebenfalls sehr einfach einstellen – im Prinzip per Knopfdruck. Dadurch kann man den Kaffee ganz gut an den eigenen Geschmack anpassen. Auch die Reinigung ist insgesamt unkompliziert. Der Milchtank lässt sich auseinandernehmen und ausspülen. Den sollte man nach der Benutzung ohnehin reinigen, was aber schnell erledigt ist. Der Wassertank ist ebenfalls leicht zugänglich. Ein kleiner Punkt ist vielleicht die matte Oberfläche der Maschine. Bei der schwarzen Variante sieht man Staub relativ schnell. Wenn man aber ab und zu kurz drüber wischt, ist das wirklich kein großes Thema. Alles in allem sind wir mit der Maschine sehr zufrieden. Sie ist kompakt, macht guten Kaffee und ist einfach zu bedienen. Für kleinere Küchen oder für alle, die eine unkomplizierte Kapselmaschine mit Milchfunktion suchen, können wir sie definitiv empfehlen.

For the price, it’s honestly incredible — you get café-quality lattes and cappuccinos at home without the fuss. The built-in milk frother works really well, and the single-serve milk container is a smart touch - no waste and super easy to clean.
