After experiencing disappointment with two other brands that failed to fit precisely, I finally found success with this Polaris unit. It seamlessly locked into place within the existing wall connector, fulfilling its function flawlessly. While there's a slight discernible variance between the genuine Polaris part and its competitors, it made all the difference in resolving my issue.

If you can wait two days, no reason to pay double or triple at the pool store.

I purchased the brand because an after market item lasted a little over a month.

It was only my pressure relief valve that failed after many years, but I've had the wall fitting get brittle and fail as well, so it seemed smarter just to replace the whole unit, as it wasn't that much costlier. I thought about the copy offered on Amazon, but it was not enough cheaper to risk buying a part that might not last as long.One thing that's worth doing if you are replacing your wall fitting is to check and see how much water is coming out the pressure relief. I had quite a bit, so I switched out the blue restrictor for the red one, which puts a little less stress on the relief valve, which having no impact on the performance of my 280.

Bought this as a replacement after the original part broke over the winter break . Was easy to install and works as it's supposed to. Would buy again if needed.

I didn’t change out OEM wall fitting so the quick disconnect is hard to secure unless I turn the pump off.

This is the genuine factory, but it is the fourth time I've needed to replace it since we've had the pool installed during the 80s. I guess that is not too bad. The problem is a "lug" for the "quick disconnect" feature shears off and then the fitting leaks badly.

Only lasted 3 Ontario summers, so in total about 12 months of periodic use before the hose barb sheared off the body. Disappointing quality and durability.

C'est le produit original Zodiac pour le branchement sur la sortie du surcompresseur dans la piscine, bien vérifier la pression à la sortie avant de considérer mettre un réducteur de flux, à noter qu'il existe une pièce originale valant quelques euros permettant de retirer ce raccord du mur! Attention ce raccord ne contient pas la crépine, si vous ne pouvez pas la récupérer sur votre précédent raccord, pensez à acheter cette pièce aussi !-1 étoile, à ce prix là, la crépine pourrait être fournie!
