Best tape to mask with. Sharp lines and no bleed.

The worst painter tape I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many brands. Did not stick at all, so much clean up because of this terrible product, save your money and get something else!

I have seen some negative comments about this ScotchBlue Sharp Lines Painter's Tape. But I have been using it without any problems. It has worked great for taping off the walls in order for me to paint all my white baseboard and door jams. I do make sure that I press the edge down very well. And I have had no problems with it pulling the paint off my walls when I removed it.

I used this on primed and painted drywall so I wouldn't get caulk onto the paint while filling a few cracks between wood and the drywall, but when I peeled it back off, after it had sat for an hour or so, it took off some of the paint, and the primer. Now to be fair, I am not a painter, or any professional, so I may just have applied the paint and primer wrong. For other things, that I have used this masking tape for, like masking off headlamp to sand/clean, it works great, it sticks well, and it is easy to peel off and does not as easily split as you pull it off the reel, so all in all great product.

Works good
