The media could not be loaded. Great compact coffee machine. Very pretty- looks great. Starbucks pods go great with this. Design wise would be better to be wider rather than thin and long for worktop but overall good machine! Have used for few weeks now and haven’t brought a Starbucks since. Love the design and milk frother. You can make a small espresso, medium coffee or press the milk button and will make a large cup latte. Can’t fit tall cups in normal mug fits fine- we had some latte glasses that don’t fit under the coffee dispenser but doesn’t matter. Over all really happy and would buy again. Great value for money.

Quick and easy to use. The milk frothing is there if you need it. Easy to keep clean. No leaks. There is a wide choice of this shape coffee pods availble so try a few veriety packs to find the right one for you.

It's garbage. Every new 'generation' of these machines are worse and worse. This one asking for descaling every 4/5 weeks, although we used reverse osmosis water with 0 particles in it. So it's programmed to do this bull....t. And descaling process length is random, can take even a few hours. Unfortunately I did not buy insurance and return deadline was in Feb. Today we've been trying to descale it for 4.5 hours with no success. It also does not allow us to stop it and make coffee. So f... it. It's my last machine (first we bought 16 year ago) and Nespresso go f... yourself.

Lovely looking machine. Naturally it drips post use and being white any “splatter” is clearly visable but I actually like that as it makes it easier to keep clean. Coffee selection is good. Coffee temp is ok, but could be hotter. Milk frother can be temperamental which is a shame and frustrating. Plus I’ve not figured out an official way to use it on its own (for Babyccino etc!) so you either need to buy a separate frother or interrupt it mid cycle. It’s quite noisy too!Overall disappointed in elements of it’s functionality but it looks good, it’s easy to use, and makes decent coffee!

Had a more expensive one before it went faulty. So gave this one a try and I prefer it. Comes apart easily for a comprehensive clean and though there are less options it has all the ones I need at half the price

Fantastic coffee machine. Milk and coffee at the same time! Great value for money. Takes a variety of coffee pods including cheaper brands and is a great size to fit in the kitchen
