Q: What’s the difference between this product and the Ovasital ? I’m

TheraNatal OvaVite and Ovasitol contain different nutrients. TheraNatal OvaVite is a preconception prenatal for women with egg quality concerns.* It is a multivitamin supplement designed specifically to prepare your body for pregnancy and contains other fertility focused nutrients including CoQ10. Ovasitol is a 100% pure inositol product and studies have shown that inositol promotes healthy menstrual cycles and healthy ovarian function, and also supports healthy egg quality in women trying to conceive.* These products can be taken together.

Q: Is this soy free and non gmo?

Ingredients read: Organic milk, organic peanut butter, organic cooked egg white. Contains peanuts, eggs, milk. There is no mention of soy free & non gmo free so I am not sure. I’m sure you can email the company directly from their website not amazon and get your answer.

Q: Can you crush the prenatal pill?

You can crush the white one, but not the ones with gel

Q: I am almost 30 by next year can I still take it within the months coming before I turn 30?

There is not an age limit on these vitamins. They are for women trying to conceive a baby.
