Nice product
These work well. I wish they could be refillable but they are nice

Fun idea but sharp edges
Great idea, kids love making these but they come out with one side having uncomfortable edges that need to be sanded down... not sure how to get around this but kids don't seem to care ;

The mold doesn’t make a round pen
I didn’t like having a flat side to the pen. This is my fault for now researching. The mold works great though and the pens write.

100000% recommend this kit!
I absolutely love this kit. Super easy to use, makes beautiful pens, and the Ink/ballpoint write really well and beautifully. 10/10 all around. I take the ink cartridge and, leaving the red cover over the ballpoint, I put it in ballpoint first, then slip the other end into the mold but make sure the little nub goes inside the cartridge (this makes sure no resin gets inside and clogs it, causing ink to be unable to breathe) then I pour the epoxy slowly to avoid large and awkward air bubbles and once it’s been in for about 24 hours I slip it out of the mold, usually being able to bend the pen out so I don’t stress the mold, and I can either use pen right away while still a bit bendy or wait until it’s solid. Double check to make sure there’s a clear hole from exterior to inside of the ink cartridge otherwise the pen won’t work for long as the ink can’t breathe. If it got clogged don’t worry, just poke a tiny nail or a pin in the hole that’ll clear it up. There was a bit of a learning curve, first pen has lots of air bubbles, my newest is crystal clear. Highly recommend, I did rip a mold just a bit by being too rough with it (which is why I take the pen out earlier where I can bend it) But other than that it’s been amazing!

UV resin is a key element!
The media could not be loaded. So I read that many couldn't use the pen and make it work after I bought the molds and before I actually made one...... I know bad decision... But I still decided to try. How I made it was: I used UV resin to make the end of the ink that needs to breath be the first thing I made secure. I grabbed the molds put the pens making sure the end was exactly in the spot that it needs to sit in the mold. Then with the UV resin I added it to that end only to secure the end not the whole pen. I dried it and did the same to the other end where we write. Once the two were secure, I proceeded to make the design of the actual pen in the middle. I only had UV resin so I was able to dry the pen quickly, though I will say that as long as you secure both ends for the middle we can use regular resin and let it sit until thr middle is dry. Once they were dry I tested them all and they worked. The video is actually me writting with them the next day. I do agree a cap is needed, I'm trying to see if I can find a solution for it but overall I liked them a lot. If anything I can show a better video or just send a message for tips. I added a picture of how the whole for the ink stays open allowing the pen to breath and it let's it write. Hope that when you try it, it helps!

Nice combo but tip of the molds difficult to fill
Great that they delivered the blue / black / red inks with the molds, it would be nice to have green ink too.The pictures don’t show the other side of the pens but of course on all of them you have a flat side which makes them not the most confortable pens to write with.At the back tip of the pens’ molds they have a small holder for the ink. It’s sent without explanation and it’s small so I didn’t see it right the way.My major concern is that the tip of the pens don’t get filled in easily (for 2 out of 3 molds). So the 3 times I tried to make a pen, I ended up each time with a hole on the tip.Otherwise pretty cool and fun to do.

ne fait pas des crayons ronds
comme on peut le remarquer, les moules ne sont pas fermés, donc le crayon n'est pas rond, il a une partie plate.mais ce sont tout même de jolis moules et facile à démouler

Fun
Fun to make, but it’s probably just me but have a hard time making them a nice shape where the open part is. It is Like it has a ridge or something. You have to make sure no bubbles near the tip of the pen as will leave a hole. But they are really fun to play around with

So far so good
Could be a little thicker so sides don’t bulge out when full.

Great, but wrong order
They work great! They write great too and make good little personalized gifts for fellow writers and peers alike. However, while I did get 3 packs of the pen ink refills, I asked for the red, blue and black pack. And all I got was black. I’m choosing to be optimistic about it though, as I didn’t get ripped out of a deal or anything, I was just a little disappointed I didn’t have 3 colours to choose from. Asides from that little mix up, they’re awesome and I’m super happy with my purchase.
