Not completely fit to screen and no privacy protect . but it’s ok

This privacy screen protector barely have privacy. My friend sitting next to me can see my screen. The other thing that really bothers me is there’s diagonal lines on the screen protector that you can see from my attached photo. It’s especially noticeable when typing and texting. The letters have lines running through them as though I changed to a “dotted” font style. It’s really annoying. My last ZAGG privacy screen protector for my iPhone 7 never have this problem. I want a refund.
