I couldn't handle the huge tablets for Omega-3 so I switched to liquid. I spoon it onto my toasted bagel and then cover with olive oil. No odd taste and get good quality of Omega-3.

We love this product. I am absolutely happy about quality of the product, works really well. I see the results after 3weeks regular use. I use it for kids ages 17, 8, 6, and 5 in their individual doses. Smell like regular fish oil, easy of swallowing, has a lemon taste.

This used to be my go to DHA supplement with my last pregnancy and while breastfeeding. I bought at least 10 bottles in the past. My last purchase was 3 years ago. It used to taste and smell really fresh for around 2 months since opening (kept in the fridge). I'm pregnant again so bought it again. What I received is a bottle with a faulty cap (although the clear plastic seal around the cap looked intact). However the oil leaked and gunked up around the bottle's neck. The oil smells horrible (rancid). The taste is also really really bad...this is very harmful so it will go in the trash! I am absolutely angry that Amazon allows such rancid oil to be sold. For the price I paid, this should be a premium supplement. Beware that there are other reviews here with the same issue so the manufacturer has some serious packaging issues...

My psychiatrist advised I add 1g of Omega-3 to my diet to help manage my ADHD symptoms (focus and concentration). I already eat salmon at least once a week but thought this would be great for the days that I don't. I'm also incorporating the "Mr. Happy" nootropic stack which also suggests supplementing DHA for optimal effectiveness. Most Omega-3 products have mostly EPA, and while women tend to be able to convert ALA to EPA/DHA more readily, I wanted to ensure I got the most DHA for my money. I didn't like trying to swallow the large pills so I opted for liquid, it's also easier to digest. It tastes pretty much like a mild fish like salmon (in this case it's Pollock) and a light lime flavour. I think the brand is high quality and I'll probably be able to mix this in with my morning iced matcha latte.
