Great value for money! Very sturdy, easy to use, and perfect for home workouts. Totally recommend!

These bands worked well at the beginning. Elasticity is good, and the resistance is rated well. However, the durability is not there. Over time, this band dried out and breaks extremely easily. I have other bands that I have had for years. Unfortunately, when I did simple bicep exercises this week, it snapped, each time I tried to use the remaining band. It appears to have no resilience. Again they were fine at the beginning. They still look new, bright in color and have no fraying or wear. The rubber just literally snapped in multiple places with a clean break. The material is failing.

Too stiff, there isn't much give in these compared to high quality bands (like Rogue)
