First time trying out the Isolated Whey Protein from ON. I use to buy the regular ON Whey Protein but I am mild lactose intolerant and that one made me have stomach cramps sometimes, because of it. This Isolated protein is perfect for people like me and it actually tastes awesome. Go with vanilla flavor if you would like to add other things on your protein (it goes great with anything).

I'm not crazy about the taste of this protein and I think it's because of the sweetener being sucralose, which on its own some people find to be a controversial ingredient. But also some taste palets prefer Stevia as a sweetener and I think I'm one of those people. As far as the macros you get a decent amount of protein for the calories and being a lactose sensitive person I found the whey isolate didn't give me any digestive issues. Will keep around as a back up protein stash but no way I can make this my daily shake.
