My vitamin D supplement already had k2 so I purchased this k1. It was absolutely necessary to complement the high dose vitamin e I was taking. Sometimes I take this and get a lot of energy. Review: My experience with K1 has been better than K2. - Most people take Vitamin K in order to alleviate artery clogging. I obviously can't speak as to verifiable results but I can feel the effects of these larger doses of Vitamin K1 more than I usually get from K2 supplements. Vitamin K is said to reduce calcium in the arteries which along with trans fats and other gunk can ultimately lead to strokes or heart issues. Some people also take magnesium supplements or vitamin D3 with these. Not sure if the dead or the living will either recuse me or bear out my statements-Far as I know its not a dangerous supplement to take and this brand offers a large dose per pill.

Vitamin K1 works really good
I like everything about this except for that it’s in a gelatin capsule because I have to take it out of the gelatin capsule every time and I still have the concern that it’s touching the gelatin capsule and I would love this type of vitamin K1 in a vegetarian or vegan capsule because it works really good. I just have to take it out of the capsule first.
