I prefer to use unbleached products when at all possible, but I usually don't do that with parchment paper simply because I did one and it was garbage. That was a store brand. This Reynolds Kitchens Unbleached Parchment Paper is awesome! It performs as well as the classic pure white parchment paper from Reynolds, just without the bleach. My cookies and bread and bacon all come off of this parchment paper easily. Cleanup is a sinch. I was able to do multiple bakes with each sheet. Will be using this from now on:)

It's parchment paper, it works. Don't go above 425°, though. It will catch on fire! WHOOPS!

It's home compostable, and nothing sticks. Sheet pan dinners are a big part of my life, and I've tried so hard with the silpat liners that are reusable, but the amount of time I spend trying to unstick tofu from those things is just excessive. If the reusable option fails me, compostable is the next thing I try. This works! Super fast cleanup.

I'm trying to use things that are good for my health including what I cook on. This is one of those items. Not much really to say if you're looking for something that's healthier I would suggest this product. You can get parchment paper at the dollar store, it is up to what you want as far as value. Value. Value for your health or value for your pocketbook. I chose value for my health so it wasn't getting more expensive

Baked my beer bread in my non stick bread pan last week & for some reason, my bread didn't wanna pop out clean & I practically had to mutilate the loaf to get it out. 😫 So for the first time ever, I bought parchment paper and used it today. My loaf came out clean & the crust baked even all around. I was so happy, lol. Plus, I didn't have to wash the pan. I'll always use this magical paper for baking from now on.

It arrived quickly and is as these things go reasonably easy to open- so no tearing of my skin so that is a definite PLUS. it works very well on the bottom of a cake pan and is reusable too so I couldn't like it more.

It costs a tad more than other brands. However, the quality is durable enough to be reused without any problem. And it's easy to cut/tear to desired size and shape thanks to the grid lines, hence minimizing wastage.

Much too expensive for something that is just a roll of coated paper. Works ok in a wet palette

Great paper. I use it for cooling cooked rice on a tray so that I could freeze the rice along with the paper in a food grade freezer bag. It really doesn't stick and the cooked rice spread easily. Paper easily tear out from the box.
